The Unpoisoning: Two Proposals To Rescue The US Educational System And Federal Workforce From Liberal Indoctrination

If ever one needed better evidence of failed liberal ideology, look no further than the complete mental breakdown and kneejerk arrogance programmed into a nation of tantruming pseudo-intellectual children of all ages. I’ve never seen so many overly-dramatic sore losers who can’t manage to look inward and move on with their lives.

In light of the fact that so much of America is woefully unequipped with facts, critical thinking skills, or the ability to absorb divergent opinions without having an existential crisis, it’s time to address perhaps the most important swamp of all; the hyper-liberal US educational system and the people responsible for influencing the future of our nation.

Submitted for consideration by an attorney and educator who wishes to remain anonymous [emphasis mine]

I’d like to submit two proposals concerning what President Trump could do to “drain the swamp.”  The first proposal concerns the flagrant political discrimination that plagues almost all of academia, both k-12 and college level. Virtually all of these institutions have become the sole haunt of left wing ideologues.  Everyone knows this, although some liberals may try to deny it.  The result has rendered most of our colleges and grade schools veritable liberal ghettos where conservatives need not apply and are certainly not welcome if they try.

The proposed solution is to give these institutions one year to balance their teaching staff so that fully half of them are registered Republicans, Libertarians, Independents, or otherwise conservativeOnce that year had elapsed, President Trump could decree by Executive Order that funding for any educational institution receiving federal funds would be cut by a percentage equal to the disparity between liberals and conservatives in their teaching staff.  For example, if only 5% of their teaching staff were Republican or Conservative after a year’s recruitment then the institution would receive only 10% of its prior federal funding. Institutions that raised their Republican representation to 40% would receive up to 80% of their prior federal funding.  This approach would motivate biased liberal institutions to at least abate their political discrimination, and American taxpayers wouldn’t continue to pay for left wing bigotry poisoning the minds of our children.

In America today, Christian bakers can be forced out of business for refusing to bake a cake for a homosexual wedding, but nobody blinks an eye when Spike Lee announces he’s firing a singer simply because she sang at Trump’s inauguration.  This type of selective discrimination, rampant in academia, is as wrong as any arising from race, religion or sexual preference.  The First Amendment rights of speech and association are not a right to discriminate, however the Left continues to do so based purely on political persuasions they disagree with.

By signing an Executive Order defunding politically discriminatory educational institutions, President Trump could at least begin to end this problem.

I’m sure you can anticipate my second proposal.  That is, again by Executive Order, require that two-thirds of all federal employee hires have to be ideologically conservative until similar balance is achieved.  As with the prior proposal, no new laws have to be introduced through Congress, this is something President Trump could do on his own through Executive Order to begin to heal the rampant discrimination that is also demonstrably present in the federal workforce.

Yep, a great Republican idea under Eisenhower which was twisted into an abused handout scheme.

An idea with merit however the implementation would be a little shaky.

Principal walks into the room and says — “Count off! ….. Ok, every fourth person change their registration to Republican! Stat!”

That is the rub. Validation of one’s political views are very hard to discern except by long periods of observation.

Defund all educational institutions, not just politically discriminatory educational institutions, and let them compete on their own merits.

I worked as a Fed in DC for 10 years. The vast majority of citizens who are hired from that job are from the DC metro area. The DC metro area has been majority libtard for over 40 years now. If the employee pool you are drawing from is majority libtard, you are going to end up with a majority libtard labor force. There was no great conspiracy of a cabal of bureaucrats to hijack your federal government. That’s just the way DC, suburban Maryland and suburban Virginia are – libtard. I’m all for your idea of a 50/50 political split but it would take a legal genius to write that executive order.

Are you even aware what a Byzantine process it is to get hired in the Federal? Ever applied for a Government job? You have to get through human resources first before the managers can even see your application. For the last 40 years, human resources has been the dumping ground for the “check the box” hires, which holds true for all the administrative offices in the Government, your standard 0301 and 0343 series. You could have written a 20 page resume spelling out every single assignment you ever completed at every single job and not get past your average HR employee in a Government office.

When I was at the FAA in the office of Aviation Safety, they actually had to hire their own HR specialists inside that office because they got fed up with the HR office several floors down – incapable of doing anything in a reasonable amount of time, and never sending qualified applicants up to the interview panel. So instead of fixing the problem, you stovepipe it with duplicate employees. Why couldn’t they fix it? AFGE, baby. Suckers run and cry to their union rep if you dare ask them to lift a finger. Oh wow, someone actually asked you to do some work.

And guess who most of the check the box hires are in DC? Afro-American, you jive turkeys.

Now take a look at your average US company. They don’t have time to look at anything more than a one pager, or two pages if you’re accomplished. They’ll scan what they are looking for and know inside of 30 seconds if they want to interview you or not.

What’s broken in this picture? Actually if it was up to me, I would outsource 95% of administrative operations to contractors and RIF all those 0301 and 0343 series employees.

Feel free to ask me about some of the bullshit I saw going on at DOT HQ, 1200 New Jersey Ave SW. Time sheet fraud on a massive scale. You want to get paid to work out in the middle of the day and take a 2 hour lunch break on top of that? You should go work at NHTSA.

Can you imagine the weeping and gnashing of teeth if these were actually put into effect?

They would have the desired effect though. No doubt in my mind.

I was initially going to go with Marxist brainwashing but toned it down.

Maybe the fix is to stop pretending the problems don’t exist? We are witnessing a country of spoiled over-educated reactionary children who didn’t get the jobs they were promised & need to go “be about something” right now. A lot of angry kids wasted their entire youth studying for a ghost load of a life so far, and it isn’t Trump’s fault. Critical thinking eludes, as if their parents were too busy working to teach them that thoughts and words =/= actions, or to let data and evidence guide one’s opinions instead of hyperbolized headlines (present company included).

I know a TON of teachers – several in the extended family, on both coasts, and I think I can confidently say that the profession overwhelmingly attracts idealistic young (mostly) liberals who truly want to make the world better. I can’t imagine this not rubbing off on the kids they teach – and really, what more evidence do you need than the last 90 days? I also remember having militantly liberal teachers several decades ago, all the way through college.

We are witnessing a generation full of misplaced anger protesting a man they have been told to despise. Where were these kids when their hero Barak was droning brown people with his 90% civilian casualty rate? They didn’t have pussy burqas on dancing around the fucking Washington Monument. Instead, they’re afraid to acknowledge that there are segments of Islam that want nothing more than to kill the West, right now. Or, if liberals do recognize it – the argument goes into this 1st world guilt reasoning along the lines of “well, the West deserves it. Karma.”

I get that argument, but at the end of the day I also don’t want my family to die for what my country has done longer than I’ve been alive. I’ve voted in evey election since I was 18 for whoever I thought might end war, and every time it’s been the same asshole in a different hat. Do we have a responsibility to make reparations in countries raped by oil interests and other industries? Probably, and to a point – but let’s include everyone who was at those regime change planning meetings. Saudi Arabia, for example. I don’t like the thought of Americans paying for what American oligarchs caused.

Many who are outraged at Trump right now have adopted this unexplainable mass apologism in regards to just about *anyone* with a D after their name. Why? We didn’t used to be this way… critical thought was IN! Families used to be able to get by on one income where at least one parent had eyes-on the kid’s development during the day, and people are living increasingly separate lives because of electronics. Parenting has taken a back seat to mainstream media, social groups, and teachers since at least the 80’s, so maybe it’s time to scrutinize the profession through that great lens of the diversity we claim to be about?

How about making it more of an emphasis on public disclosures of university partisan breakdown. For example, we see SAT scores means and mediums of OSU, but we don’t see a breakdown of registered rep or dems.

Before you object me, yes I am sure somewhere you can find something similar but it’s never on the brochure of a university. It’s not on Collegeboard or anything like it. Guidance counselor don’t go “oh you want to major in Economics at NYU? 88% of the econ professors are registered democrats”

By requiring colleges to inform prospective students of the faculty body’s partisan breakdown, students might see a problem and the people can start pressuring the college to adjust their staff.

Basically we need to inform the public to instill change. Disclosure is the first step.
