AG Jeff Sessions announced that the Trump administration is ending the Obama-era DACA program, stating “We cannot admit everyone who would like to come here. That is an open border policy and the American people have rightly rejected it… it’s just that simple.”

Axios reports a White House source said Sessions gave an ‘amazing’ press conference which rocked the left.
Key excerpts from his statement:
- “The executive branch, through DACA, deliberately sought to achieve what the legislative branch specifically refused to authorize… such an open-ended circumvention of immigration laws was an unconstitutional exercise of authority.”
- “The nation must set and enforce a limit on how many immigrants we admit each year and that means all can not be accepted.
New York will not demonize diversity.
We will not stand by as 42,000 NYers are deported.
If President Trump rescinds #DACA, we will sue.

Dreamers will continue to DREAM… No way the Republicans will kick them out.. hope they try.. just in time for midterms next year. Wonder how many DREAMERS are serving or have served in military, police, fire, EMT etc? Yup, kick out those lazy bastards.
Sessions was spot on. Now pass the Raise Act amended to deal with this issue.
People receiving DACA benefits can’t enlist in the military.

And yes, I’m sure there are a ton of illegal cops.
Meanwhile 800,000 unemployed citizens and immigrants who entered the country legally won’t send their income out of the country. Go short $WU.
DACA is not in any danger of deportation unless they commit a crime. Every single one of them is entitled to a hardship hearing and they have good grounds for it and the immigration courts are lenient (often staffed with hispanic judges.) They can also use “advanced parole,” to gain citizenship, although that involves returning to their native countries. Over 40,000 Dreamers are using advanced parole for citizenship and 2,000 Dreamers are already citizens.
The point of all this is to get some real immigration reform and limits. We have 40 million legal immigrants and 20 to 30 million illegal. 70 million foreigners is simply too many, we need real limits.
We should. Illegal aliens should not be eligible for those jobs, ESPECIALLY when there are plenty of willing and qualified American citizens vying for them. Those jobs never go empty–on the contrary they are very competitive. Being a criminal illegal alien should disqualify them at the outset, and there should be outrage that they were ever given to illegals.
Illegals get the fuck out. The only thing you are, first and foremost, are criminals. My family came here legally, allowing these criminals to stay is a slap in the face of every legal immigrant.
