WND News Suspended By Twitter For Seth Rich Tweet

What makes the Seth Rich murder highly suspicious isn’t so much the evidence – it’s the response; from the DC Police’s unwillingness to clear up some of the murky details of the story, to the MSM chastising anyone questioning the official report, to a David Brock-linked DNC crisis management firm representing / muzzling the Rich family.

Earlier this week, WorldNetDaily (WND) – the 434th most popular website in the USA, published an article entitled

“BOMBSHELL: DONNA BRAZILE WARNED OFF PRIVATE EYE ON SETH RICH MURDER”

“Ex-DNC chairwoman reportedly asked cops why investigator is ‘snooping’ into mysterious case”

The article details private detective Rich Wheeler’s revelation that Donna Brazille, the DNC’s former interim chairwoman, allegedly called police to find out why Wheeler was ‘snooping’ into the Seth Rich case.

The detective, Rod Wheeler, told WND: “The high-ranking DNC official that called the police after I inquired about Rich’s case was Donna Brazile. Why shouldn’t I reveal who it was?” –WND

To promote the story, WND sent this tweet on Tuesday:

On Wednesday WND received a twitter message instructing WND to delete the tweet – with the note “If you feel that your account has been locked in error, you can appeal by contacting our support team here.”

WND proceeded to ignore Twitter’s request – only to find that their account had been suspended for 12 hours!

Twitter declined to comment when contacted by WND.

As ZeroHedge reports, it is unclear which of Twitter’s rules WND violated:

Of course, Twitter refused to highlight which of their rules (which can be found here) had been violated when asked by WND.  After a quick review, we must admit that we would have a hard time identifying which rule was ‘violated’ as well.  Here is a list of Twitter’s “Abusive Behavior” rules…see if you can figure out which of them was violated.

• Violent threats (direct or indirect): You may not make threats of violence or promote violence, including threatening or promoting terrorism.
• Harassment: You may not incite or engage in the targeted abuse or harassment of others. Some of the factors that we may consider when evaluating abusive behavior include:
  • if a primary purpose of the reported account is to harass or send abusive messages to others;
  • if the reported behavior is one-sided or includes threats;

So – does Twitter consider the Seth Rich story to be Fake News? Do they have the luxury of absolute knowledge that the Seth Rich murder was 1nothing more than a botched robbery? If so, can we please see how Twitter was able to discount the growing pile of evidence that at minimum warrants an official disclosure of the investigation from DC Police – if not the federal investigation that one GOP lawmaker has called for?

If this is all just Twitter’s opinion, it sets a very dangerous precedent.
