The stench of this election is overpowering. Never in the history of this country have we the people been subjugated to such dirty, ugly, political chicanery. It’s the full cocktail of depravity. Dead people voting (appropriate for Halloween), and seedy underworld ties between Hillary, the upper echelons of the DNC, and the abhorrent pedophile networks of disgusting human slime such as Anthony Weiner (the man should be hung by his scrotum).
That we have sunk so low is almost beyond words. But writers have to give it words. What I’ve witnessed on CNN the past few days is pure Orwellian propaganda. So now Hillary Clinton’s troubles are all a result of Donald Trump colluding with Vladimir Putin? Are they serious? Apparently they are. I listened to the stooge Senator from Nevada, Harry Reid, argue just such logic. Madame Secretary’s troubles can all be laid at the foot of the Russians. When all else fails, blame the Russians, eh?
Un-fucking-believable. The Democrat party is hopelessly corrupt. Beyond Richard Nixon corrupt. So beyond the pale corrupt, that the best thing would be for HRC to get elected so that the DNC could subsequently spiral down into the burning trash heap of history. Unfortunately, as a side effect, we’d all have to die in a global thermonuclear war as a result of Miss Chickenhawk starting a war in Syria to distract the sheep from her constant threat of indictment from the Justice Department.
And yes, America is a land of sheep. That’s how you win elections. You don’t need to convince thoughtful people. You only need to convince the sheep, who are the majority. And et voila. You’re in. And “so it goes” as Kurt Vonnegut said. And so it’s always gone.
The level of corruption that we have had to live through is staggering. Staggering. And people just keep watching sports, playing video games, clicking their cell phones, and generally doing their sheep-like sheep activities while the system collapses. But there will be a reckoning. There’s no question now. The game is over. When stooges like Harry Reid and Hillary’s campaign manager have no other recourse than to blame Russian-hacked email for Hillary’s dilemma, you know the game is over. We all reap what we sow.
But cornered dogs are viscous. The question is what is this cornered dog going to do? News flash. There’s no missing emails. There’s no missing anything. They knew, and they’ve known for a long time what’s in those emails. They just didn’t want to “torch the whole shithouse” and bring the economic temple, the temple that is fake anyway, down upon our heads. So they ran a Disneyland commercial instead.
People who want to live in Disneyland will vote for people who promise them Disneyland. To have a functioning republic we cannot have stupid people who want to live in Disneyland. They just won’t do. This is how we got here. This is how we got to where we are now. People who were willing to go along to have their piece of pie and eat it on the formica table in Fantasyland. Ultimately, Reality crashes the party
the republic is dead. democracy was always a mirage. you can either live in “disneyland” while being denigrated and robbed blind by mickey mouse et al. or smash the kontrol systems….. or why drain the swamp, as facile a saying as it is, deeply resonates…. it is that binary & i dont gen allow for either/or thinking..
