The Facebook Induced Panic Continues — Markets Apathetic After Early Rise

This is the front page of CNBC right now, sheer panic over Facebook.

You’d have to be a complete idiot to fade the market because Facebook is under criticism for having too much power. Once again, the company is growing fast and nets $4b per quarter. Whatever politicians want to throw at FB, they can handle it. At the end of the day, government’s need Facebook to be cooperate and do not want to piss them off too much. They simply want to ring-fence their power and try to use this latest non-crisis via the news to pressure them to bend the knee. When it’s all said and done, it will have no material impact on the bottom line.

Markets are strong at the open, but somewhat flaccid. It’s also possible we’re in a rut, ahead of what could be a third government shut down over the past year. Markets are somewhat milquetoast, susceptible to decline over the smallest of reasons. Perhaps the Facebook induced panic is more of a symptom than a cause?

Either way, until we get some follow through on the downside, I am bullish on dips — the deeper the better.

I have lots of cash following my LABD and SOXS sales and will deploy it into upwards momentum only. Downside dips will be bought on Exodus oversold signals only.

FUTURES ARE WAY UP AFTER INVESTORS REALIZE HOW STUPID THEY WERE TO FADE THE POWER OF FACEBOOK

When are you going to realize Zuckerberg is your alpha, literally in charge of your hopes and dreams — decider of whom you will vote for and fall in love with. He is God, more or less, for millions of Americans — fat slobbish beings trapped at home because everything outside is too expensive.

Zuckerberg the Alpha deciding your fate

Yesterday all of the establishment shills were mad at Zuck because he enabled a firm to access the profiles of 50 million Americans, which was then used to elect an Orange Ape. But Zuck does as Zuck likes. He owns most of the stock, has a net worth upwards of $75 billion, and he’s only 33 years old. If Mark wanted to be a cannibal and sustain himself off the loins of dead humans — he would — and there’d be nothing you could do about that — quite frankly.

Today the world has come to grips with Facebook’s hegemony — a company NETTING over $4 billion per quarter, in control of the hearts and minds of billions. Dow futures are +100, Nasdaq +35.

In other news, another mail bomb blew up in Texas today. What the fuck? I don’t know what to think about that, other than the fact we live in violent times.

Here are stocks moving in the pre-market.

Take a Look at Jeff Bezos’ New Robot Dog, For It Is Going to Kill You Oneday

For thousands of years the elite have tried to extend their lives and achieve immortality. Back in ancient days, retarded elites used to mummify themselves. A Pharaoh would die and have his whole family murc’d with him, down to his favorite birds — all mummified to be laid to rest in gigantic pyramids, built by plebs, festooned with elaborate traps to protect all of his earthly possessions, jewels and rare texts, which were also buried with him. After the slaves built the pyramids, especially the one’s who built the secret traps, they’d be killed and tossed into the Nile. Their families would be enslaved and forced to build new pyramids for soon to be dead elites.

These people were idiots of the very first order. Guess what, nothing has changed, other than the level of innovation and advances in technology. Very soon, robots will be doing everything, from driving your cars, to flipping your burgers, to fornicating with your wives. Hell, they’ll even give birth to your new babies. After that, once you’re old and half senile, or maybe even a lot younger, they’ll offer you a ‘special deal’ to upload your idiot brains to a super computer, for the sum of $1 million, in order to achieve immortality. You mind will be uploaded into a new avatar, one that looks just like you — but with great upgrades — such as abs, longer cocks, better hairline, and brighter eyes. This new avatar will be custom made by you — just like in the video games. Once uploaded, your friends and family will not know the difference. It will be you, other than the fact that YOU’LL BE DEAD — a mere vessel and simulation of you, achieved for the purposes of de-population on a massive scale.

Kids will wait in line for this sort of thing, to be exterminated by Jeff Bezos and his fucking robot dogs.

This will kill you

In the future robot people will be walking real dogs, and the world will be better. Crime will be non-existent, corporate revenues predictable and devoid of emotional set backs. Without the overhead of dealing with organic people and their fucking problems, inefficient idiots, we’ll branch out to other galaxies and colonize planets — zipping through space like magicians. Once we conquer other civilizations they will be forced to assimilate, upload their brains into supercomputers, else be eliminated from the universe.

Futures are higher this evening. I sold my inverse ETFs at the highs of the day, switched and went long some JNUG — eagerly waiting for tomorrow’s open so that I can bowl on you pinheads with violent alacrity.

TAKING OFF HEDGES, RUNNING NAKED INTO THE STORM NOW

I booked a 19% gain in LABD and +7% in SOXS, both higher by more than 8% for the day. Those gains helped offset some of the other FUCKERY taking place in my brilliant bio-ag plays. I think this sell off is both fake and gay and truly believe, down to the deepest depths of my black heart, we’ll be back to skinning bears alive tomorrow.

It’s worth noting, the proceeds have gone to cash — since I have no interest in adding beta to a portfolio that is already a wild-animal-beast. Over in my cordially managed quant account, I cannot buy anything with my cash reserves until we get a systemwide oversold signal.

We’re not there yet.

Here’s the Quick Rundown on Today’s Market Crash

Good afternoon lads. Markets are crashing thru the fucking floor boards today for two reasons.

1. Trump is really the President and now it’s serious.
2. It’s all Facebook’s fault.

On that news, the Dow is off by ~450, Nasdaq nearly 200. It is a true bloodbath out there — the likes of markets that make you want to just take a bath with a plugged in toaster. Really rancid out there.

I am getting REKT in a variety of stocks, only helped by two hedges and a long: LABD, SOXS, AMRS. Other than that, I am just like you — only a lot cooler and exponentially smarter and a lot more success. Probably better looking too — but that is a depreciating asset.

Two ports of safety are GLD and TLT. My Quant account is positioned into both, and has been since March 1st. The worst of the sell off it happening in the oil and semis. The drop in the semis are notable, with a few dozen down more than 4%. For now, I am keeping my hedges and my longs, waiting for resolution.

Here are the biggest losers of today, by industry.

Idiots Sell $FB En Masse Because the Platform is Too Powerful

Here we go again. This is the dumbest fucking reason to sell a stock — it’s too god damned powerful. Over the weekend, thanks to a whistleblower, Guardian broke a story about social media gurus at a firm named Cambridge Analytica. Apparently, this piece of shit company, thanks to some help by the Mercer family, helped elect Donald Trump and cause BREXIT. They did nothing illegal, per se, other than use the data provided by Facebook to target ads. In other words, they were marketing news for political purposes and because Trump won — they are now evil.

It’s the biggest crock of shit story I’ve ever read — but my opinion is in the minority here, as Facebook’s stock is cascading lower on heavy volume — all due to it being viewed as a threat to establishment shills.

CNBC

Facebook said that all the parties that had received the data said it had been destroyed, although the company said it had received reports that not all the data was actually deleted.

“We are moving aggressively to determine the accuracy of these claims. If true, this is another unacceptable violation of trust and the commitments they made,” Paul Grewal, deputy general counsel at Facebook, said in a blog post Saturday.

Roger McNamee

“There’s been an increasing understanding that when you’re using Facebook, a lot of bad things are going to happen to you, as a user,” McNamee said. “That is not a 100 percent guarantee, but the risk is really, really high.”

It’s not the first time Facebook has battled issues of user trust. The company has been facing increasing pressure from tech insiders and lawmakers to give greater transparency into its data and advertising businesses — particularly following the discovery of Russian meddling on the platform during the 2016 presidential election.

But it is one of the first instances of consumer sentiment so significantly hurting the stock. The stock’s weekend plunge is the company’s biggest single-day drop since September 2012.

“In my mind, trust is the thing that makes these [internet platforms] successful,” McNamee said. “I am an investor. I want them to have the trust of the users.”

Jim Cramer

Cramer said on “Squawk on the Street” that the negative Facebook headlines make investors “sick” of the stock, adding there’s some sentiment on Wall Street that Facebook is “the worst of the FAANG’s.” (FANG is an acronym originally coined by Cramer for Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Google-parent Alphabet. Apple was later added to make it, FAANG.)

“I think the trust feels like a lot of other people, which is: ‘You know what, if I’m going to pay say 23 times this year’s earnings or 19 times next year’s, I don’t want to get up in the morning'” and see a bad headline every day, Cramer said.

Cramer added the continued bad headlines make the U.S. tech company seem “naive.” But asked whether he’s surprised by the big move down in Facebook shares, Cramer said, “Yes I am at this point.”

“Why isn’t Facebook more aware of the power it has?” asked Cramer, host of CNBC’s “Mad Money.” “They don’t make you love them.”

He added, at the moment, it’s hard to find stocks that aren’t “controversial.”

“I am stuck with the idea that this company had revenue growth of 47 percent [in the latest quarter], earnings per share growth of 57 percent. This stock is selling at 19 times earnings,” Cramer said, which under normal circumstances would make it attractive.

Look at these melting snowflakes bitching about Facebook’s absolute power, something that has main stream knowledge for over a fucking decade. Give me a break.

STOCKS COLLAPSE, RIPPLE SOARS

Stocks are getting absolutely poleaxed today. But, on the other had, Ripple is soaring — naturally. They are natural counter-balances, arch enemies. The Ripple is in fact a store of value in a world of chaos.

Nasdaq down 160, while XRP +21%. Makes sense.

How are you hedging? Or, are you buying the dip like a good stock student?

More on this later.

Morning Poppers (We’ve Got a Mess on Our Hands Edition)

Nasdaq futures have worsened overnight, now off by 77. Over in Europe, the FTSE is lower by 1.24% — but the pound is higher by 0.95%, so it isn’t really down in absolute terms — is it? Bitcoins are bouncing in value along the bottom of the ocean floor, now higher by 7.2% to $8,200.

Authorities in Austin have increased their rewards to $115k for their local terrorist in the prowl — who just injured two additional people via a FUCKING TRIP WIRE. This is the absolute state of America right now. Go out and walk your dog — fall into a god damned trip wire and get your legs blow off. God damn it — fuck this country, fuck this country, fuck this country.

Oh, I’m sorry — I meant to say God Bless America — I enjoy our many freedoms and everyone is just jealous of out liberty and democracy. It’s so fucking great.

Speaking of which, the government is gonna shut down again because MUH Congress. They have until midnight on Friday to come up with a spending bill else the whole kit and caboodle is gonna be shut the fuck down. Good, I hope it shuts down and never opens back up again.

I’m sorry, what I meant to say is — gee, I hope the Congress can come together with a bipartisan plan that helps all Americans and does it in a responsible, yet compassionate, way.

Here are some other morning headlines.

***NASDAQ FUTURES SHARPLY LOWER***

Nasdaq futures are off by 31 and you’re all doomed. A great gray shadow has been cast over your heads and there is nothing you can do about it. The President is at war with glow in the dark gremlins at the CIA, all the while the deep state and military industrial complex jockeys hard for more war in the Middle East.

PREPARE TO SEND YOUR SONS INTO HARROWING COMBAT

Maybe we need a war. Perhaps the gladiator mentality is what keeps countries strong and virile. Lord knows we need some more testosterone coursing through the bodies of our youngsters. Men in this country lack seriousness, a byproduct of being comfortable and indulging themselves in luxuries. No one likes to put in the work anymore — go through the meat grinder, exercise grit and determination to execute a plan. Sometimes I gaze into the comments section here, gawking at the weakness displayed through veiled comments, and wonder how some of you are able to function. Weakness is not accepted in this Dojo and will not be tolerated.

CLEAN YOUR ROOM. BE A MAN

Heading into tomorrow’s ax swing to the cock, I am long LABD, SOXS, and a variety of bio-science stocks — degenerate of the first order.

Final suggestion for America:

STOP EATING DOMINOES PIZZA.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

Trump, McCabe, Mueller, Rigged Elections, MUH Russia: DEATH TO OPIOD DEALERS!!!

Nothing happening today, other than political obfuscation. McCabe got his ass fired for being a faggot two days before retirement. Fuck with the boss — get your ass beatdown. The other nonsense circulating online is regarding Cambridge Analytica, allegedly gaming Facebook to win the election for Trump, in addition to BREXIT. Please. If you believe that nonsense, I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. Just because you think you have AI and money to burn on Facebook, that doesn’t mean you can change people’s minds and make Hillary Clinton into a walking fucking disaster. The amount of chicanery taking place post 2016 elections is on par with nothing in the modern political landscape.

Miraculously, the dysfunction in DC hasn’t spilled over into the marketplace, for reasons that escape me.

Over in MUH Russia, Putin won the elections by 73%.

Pray tell me…

Back to Trump, he’s going to propose the fucking death penalty for opiod dealers. Personally, I’m not a fan of life sentences and believe it’s better to just kill people via firing squad. I get how some will become ensnared by the corrupt justice system; but overall, the death penalty will be for the greater good. This country need to execute drug dealers on an industrial scale. Forget about long sentences — give them death with zero chances of clemency.

Also noteworthy, Trump called out Muller by name. SHOTS FIRED.

Futures are slightly lower and SHITCOINS are bouncing a bit here.

As an aside, MFIN is the #3 rated stock in Exodus. This is the NYC Medallion company, formerly known as TAXI. Is this a sign that Uber has peaked and the Yellow Cab is resurgent? Does anyone in NYC bother with yellow cabs anymore?
