Bank of Japan. Right when they announced the stimulus, which surprised everyone.
The market is in balance on the intermediate term and every time we go down to the price levels we launched from on the day of the huge BOJ stimulus a Central bank steps in and says/does something. value is hanging out on the upper end of range which tells me buyers are doing a pretty good job. If that value shifts again, either direction, that will be a big clue
