Market Continues to Soar and Rip Legs and Arms Off Short Sellers — And “The Fly” Bought $BB — GET IN HERE

Markets are doing so well I just had to buy something. So I went down to my local haberdashery and asked the gent at he countertop what stock he thought was good here. Speaking in a very foreign tongue, he said something to the effect of ‘would you like to buy SIM card?’ From that I extrapolated he was trying to tell me to buy Blackberry — the Canadian cellphone makers — because nothing says ‘SIM card’ like a great Blackberry cellular device.

So I stepped in here — which is especially heartening since the stock has recently plummeted and disappointed so many people, especially Canadians.

Lovely, lovely chart

In a landscape synonymous with wasteland, Canadians are accustomed to coming in third, or not even being mentioned as part of the human race. Often times people forget they exist — because of their irrelevancy and absolute vaudeville way of life (see Newfoundland for proof).

At any rate, I thought I’d share this exciting news with you — me buying BB and all — trying to get into this awesome rally that I’ve missed inside of my FUCKING INVERSE ETFs. Calm down now. I still own a little LEDS and my other quant portfolio, the one that doesn’t get ruined by me, is up 1% today. So that’s good news, right?

Yes it is.

To the moon and beyond. May be Blackberry cellular device company retake all of its lost market share and more, relegating Apple to the shit-heap of time.

Dollop Another 200 Atop Your Smorgasbord of a Rally — OIL IS RUNNING HOT EDITION

I have a natural inclination to bet against the herd. Sometimes it works in my favor, others times, like now — it ends in ruin. Today’s magnum opus of this great big titted rally is a short squeeze in basic resource stocks. Since I am long a triple inverse ETF with time decay working against me — I thought it’d be fitting to illuminate this point to you — the unwashed reader — in order to make yourselves feel better about life in general.

Think about it — someone, such as myself, superior in all facets of life, getting his face ripped off in a trade gone wrong — subjected to the idiocy of poorly crafted ETFs because of wanton greed and hubris. Oh, I deserve all of these losses and much, much more.

But what do you deserve — the plebeian sanitation working trifling through garbage for treasure? Why, you deserve the very best.

I BRING FORTH TO YOU THE Exodus OVERSOLD SIGNAL AND AN UPDATE ON ITS PRESENT OS CYCLE.

Yes, it’s true, I did sell my SPY position after just 3 days. I placed a very short time frame on the hold and will regret it for the rest of my life. But the cycle has always been 10 days; and as you could clearly see from the picture above — it is now +7 from the original signal just 8 days ago.

Indeud.

In other news, the President is losing his effectiveness at making AMZN trade lower.

Longfin CEO In Absolute Train Wreck Interview: ‘The Guys Are Trying to Destroy Us’

Back on the 26th of March, Citron Research tweeted this out calling Longfin a ‘pure stock scheme’. That got the ball rolling downhill, which was then capped off with an SEC investigation.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating trading activity in shares of Longfin, a tiny stock that surged astronomically in December after the firm announced a cryptocurrency-related acquisition, the company disclosed late Monday.

Longfin shares, which go by the ticker symbol LFIN, plunged 30.89 percent to $9.89 a share. The stock is now down 82.43 percent for the year so far.

The Division of Enforcement of the SEC informed Longfin on March 5 that the agency is investigating trading in the company’s shares and requested documents related to its IPO and acquisition of Ziddu.com, according to a required 10-K filing.

Shares are down 80% over the past two weeks.

Bannon: ‘To Hell With Wall Street’; China Considers America ‘Nothing More Than a Tributary State’

Free tradeFAGS get in here and debate Bannon.

Bannon on Trump’s recent action against China

Fuck Wall Street.

“Ask the working people in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan about Wall Street. Wall Street supported and cheered on the export of their jobs. To hell with Wall Street if they don’t like it. Its time somebody stood up to them and Donald Trump is the perfect guy. Wall Street is always short term. Trump is trying to protect the beating heart of American capitalism — our innovation,” he told Reuters in a telephone interview.

Bannon, who maintains ties to the White House, said Trump’s recent moves to impose tariffs are a signal to the Chinese that “the game of continual delay is over” and that they will have to address the central issue of forced technology transfers.

And Fuck China.

“It’s full throwdown. Trump has planned this out for a long time. He led with the smart things, forced technology transfers. It’s obvious the Chinese have no real response to this. I think they played completely into his hands. By putting tariffs on agricultural products and avoiding addressing the technology questions they’ve shown once again they consider us nothing more than a tributary state.”

“This is the beating heart of American capitalism: Technology innovation that the Chinese have either stolen or forced American companies to turn over. Trump has signaled that those days are over,” he said.

Market Soars on China-US Trade War News

All war is good for stocks, even the type that is designed to quite literally destroy life and fortunes. It is a perilous and nonsensical thing to head out there and short stocks — betting against a rigged match that will leave you armiess and woefully without legs.

Dear friends,

I write to you from the shackles of a car which is on fire, filled with dynamite stocks — destined for a wall. My inverse ETFs have given way to animal spirits and are now drowning me in the dark amber of my hubris. The flowery notes of spring are circulating throughout the air and people are out hop-skotching around — dressed in blue and drinking spirits.

My black soul and heart were not built for these times. I should’ve been born and raised during the Great Depression, an era of oppression and starvation — calamitous stock market crashes and war.

Over in Exodus, the Bubble Basket has bounced hard with the overall market — meaning the riskiest of stocks are what’s leading this surge. My Quant account is up a stately 0.8% for the day, up nearly 4% for the year. All that is good is represented in today’s mind numbing rally. We defied all the odds. We looked the Orange Gorilla into his big blue eyes and said ‘we will not succumb to your fucked up ways and we will ignore your deleterious policies which make us sad. We are a fat faced, soy eating, people, all very bold and gay — activists, and peaceful niks, whose purpose is to provide the chaff of society a better existence, via our warlike policies which ravage and rip apart countries from crown to foot, all the while we embrace you with our open borders and abortion clinics, to provide you way of life inside one of our many housing developments, which are filled with a diversity of criminal activities that will mold you into a strong and fat person, destined for a long life of hatred and bleakness — the hallmarks of America.

Two Days in a Row — Two Immensely Retarded Trades

For the second consecutive day, Le Fly, in all of his infinite wisdom, set out to defecate on stocks. Yesterday I ventured out and bought some QID — thinking the Nasdaq was bound to vomit. Then news came out that Trump was merely joking about Amazon and that all was well, truly, and people bought stocks. They bought them with vigor.

My face was subsequently ripped from my skull and I endured the rest of the day living off the memories of better times.

Then today came around and China’s retaliation against the United States tilted markets sideways and out. People were jumping off bridges and windows, windows, and into tunnels on the news. To be honest, it looked like the end of the world. Then Kudlow came out and said there was a pot of gold at the end of the trade war rainbow and people ate it up. They ventured out into the cold misty morning and bought equities with grace and zeal. Just before that happened, Le Fly, smartly, bought FXP — exclaiming “FUCK CHINA” after he’d done so — because his mind defaults to violence, an unfortunate side effect of hailing from a bloodline of middled class factory workers, bus drivers, and criminals.

Now everything I want is lost. The halcyon days of -500 Dow’d points is a memory, a faint whisper on the lips of gigantic orange gorillas. One is permitted to dream still, correct? Or is that too forbidden and considered an act of violence?

I stand before you a mixed man — one long a pastiche of small cap equities via Exodus Quant and doing well. The other is my tactical trading account, a farce, now long LEDS, ERY, QID, FXP and another stock too embarrassing to mention.

Pardon me as I go kill myself.

Kudlow: ‘Blame China’; ‘There’s a Pot of Gold’ at the End of This Trade War Rainbow

‘Blame China’, says increasingly nervous unapologetic globalist who is now stationed inside the White House for the purposes of making Emperor Trump feel good about himself.

Here’s Larry Kudlow bending his views on trade for Trump, blaming China for their egregious trading actions which have stolen trillions from the United Steaks over the years. But he also said there’s a pot of gold at the end of this horrible rainbow, one that might appeal to some of my Irish readers out there. Why, you might want to dress in green and run towards that rainbow and search for it. Good luck.

Market losses have been cut in half, now down just 250.

On that news, I bought FXP — because fuck China.

Dip Buyers Step In and Buy Trade War News And Quite Possibly a Trap

It’s a trap, believe me.

Markets have traded +200 from the open — because buying dips is an American past time. Let’s put things into perspective.

The trade war doesn’t officially begin until after May. China is giving talks a chance before starving their 700 million pigs to death by raising tariffs on our soybeans. With that in mind, much of the news flow now is rhetoric, scare tactics, and positioning ahead of talks.

However, there is a certain flair to Trump’s recent tweet storms and they’re overtly anti-globalist — which is what markets feared during the elections. The original assumption was a Trump administration could ruin foreign trade and disrupt the status quo. It appears he’s trying to do that now.

My sense, this is head fake and the Trump tweet storms are gaining steam, targeting all of his enemies which were dutifully described during his campaign. You’d be wise to raise cash, hedge, and wait this out.

GOOD MORNING FUCKED FACES: FUTURES CRASH AND CRASH SOME MORE AS CHINA ANNOUNCES MOAR TARIFFS

Don’t worry, the President just tweeted we are not in a trade war.

In other news, we are in a trade war.

Source: CNBC

China announced additional tariffs on 106 U.S. products on Wednesday, in a move likely to heighten global concerns of a tit-for-tat trade war between the world’s biggest economies.

The effective start date for the new charges was not announced, though China’s Ministry of Commerce said the tariffs are designed to target up to $50 billion of U.S. products annually.

The 25 percent levy on U.S. imports includes products such as soybeans, cars and whiskey.

On that news, futs have been buried — off by more than 500.

Gold is +1%, WTI -1.5%, Copper -2.5%, and BTC -4.5%.

Commerce Sec. Wilbur Ross had this to say.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross CNBC Interview (see 6:00 SPY comment for complete breakdown of US and China tariffs)  (46.93)
  • Says he agrees with President Trump’s tweet earlier (see 7:24); says when we are losing $500 bln a year on trade, this is not a war we can lose.
  • Says China tariffs amount to 0.3% of US GDP; proportional to US tariffs.
  • Says hopeful that outcome is a negotiation with China; can’t say if it will happen before late May.
  • Says this news should not be a great shock to Wall Street; says he is surprised by market reaction.
  • Says President Trump and China President Xi have a good relationship.
  • Says we may start to see a coalition against China regarding trade; says World recognizes that China’s trade practices are a ‘out of control’
  • Says must protect intellectual property.
  • Asked about Amazon (AMZN); says he is not really involved with that; but the President’s tweets are specific about USPS issue.

In related news, China had to inject more than $12b into Anbang — due to fraud allegations.

China’s government is injecting 60.8 billion yuan ($12.7 billion) into Anbang Insurance Group Co after the company’s chairman was accused of masterminding a multibillion dollar fraud.

The money will come from the China Insurance Security Fund, Anbang said on its website Wednesday. The injection is aimed at ensuring the firm’s solvency and stability and protecting policy holders’ interests, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission said.

Happed Wednesday morning, fucked faces. Le Fly presides over you — presently long QID and ERY.

An update from the President.
