Took the Day Off to Walk About Princeton to Get Cursed at By Youngsters

The market was boring, so I took my aging ass on a fucking walk throughout the genteel streets of Princeton. I was wearing a button down shit, admittedly a tad tight. I’m not fat by any stretch, weighing in at 160lbs, but the shirt was a little neat if you know what I mean. To accompany the shirt, I wore blue jeans and a pinkish hat that I bought in Newport, RI. My beard is grown in and I look like a disheveled hipster in search of crack cocaine — a regular jackass fool in layman’s terms.

I ventured off to the local record shoppe and purchased some old jazz records, an avocation of mine. After that, I went to the bookstore, passed over a 1st edition Hemingway (A Moveable Feast) and bought a book on philosophy. I figure philosophy is a good method to teach my young ones about life — aside from experiencing it.

Then I bought a fucking kale salad, because my new vegan life demanded it — along with an order of fries — otherwise I’d starve to death.

So I’m walking to my overpriced car and a gaggle of 12 year olds, cycling on the sidewalk at frantic speeds approached me, making weird siren sounds with their mouths. One of the red headed brats, looked in my general direction, but avoided eye contact, mouthed off and said ‘FASHION POLICE, WHAT SORT OF FUCKING HAT IS THAT?’

This demonstration of virility in our Princeton youth made my day. I tipped my hat to them and proceeded to jog on, both amused and proud that our future is being secured by a recalcitrant generation filled with prospectively violent thieves and robbers, ready to do battle with the Whores of Babylon wearing funny hats in DC.

Weasels at MTV Play “Fuck Donald Trump” Song During Commercial Break at VMAs

What’s their fucking problem anyway?

Imagine yourself, a good citizen of America attending one of these events with your Make America Great Again hat, and then this song pops off during the commercial break.

The VMAs, and all of the other award ceremonies, are now beset upon by political activists talking into an echo chamber of like minded malcontents. None of these people protested the grave sins of Obama. Zero confederate statues were attacked during his reign and the anti-war faction was surprisingly silent.

Ever since the Orange Gorilla God has taken residency inside the White House, these people on the fringe left have lost their shit — spearheaded by the drug addled degenerates on Hollywood — all of whom lack grace, dignity, and decorum to call themselves ‘upstanding citizens’ of this fine country.

Gold, Silver Move Higher, But Still Pale in Comparison to the Booming Crypto-Currency Market

Stop making excuses for Gold. It isn’t money and its main attraction as being an alternative to fiat has been supplanted by crypto-currencies, which is backed by both investment banks and venture capitalists (you’re being played).

I find the spurts in Gold/Silver these days to be mostly random occurrences. However, when they occur while I am heavily long, it makes me happy.

It just so happens I have 10% of my assets in GLD and some more in RGLD — both nicely higher for the session.

Here are some other winners in the sectors:

Food for thought: the entire market cap for all of the publicly traded gold stocks in America is $130b. Silver is around $10b. The cryptocurrency market is now valued at $159b.

Last year today, the total market capitulation of the cryptocurrency market was ~$12b.

Not a bubble.

Crack Spreads Rip to Two Year Highs, Post Harvey

Most of you see WTI down 3% today and think Harvey didn’t affect the oil trade — but you’re wrong. 321 crack spreads are blowing out because of damage to the refinery sector.

Gasoline is higher by 3% today — causing 321 cracks to blow out to its largest spread in two years. This is pure profit for refineries.

Here are the refinery stocks on the move. DK has been the best performer over the past week.

According to S&P Platts, 10 refineries in Texas, producing 2.2 million barrels per day, are shut in due to Harvey.

$GILD Acquires $KITE, Causing Furious Rally in CAR-T Stocks

The worst thing Gilead ever did was cure Hep-c. Cures are boring, low margin, events. In order to really milk people, you got to innovate in the treatment area of medicine — keep the infirmed hooked on your drugs for life — like a subscription model only way more diabolical. Ever since GILD announced they cured Hep-c, ruining a fantastic industry for big pharma, shares have gone lower.

Now GILD is buying KITE for $180 per share, or $11.9b in cash, in an attempt to get back in the game. NOTE: I sold 30,000 shares of KITE at $59, back in 2015 — because that’s the type of guy I am.

Bam! record highs

KITE is at the forefront of CAR-T (Chimeric antigen receptors), used to fight cancer. Without getting into details that neither of us understand, today’s acquisition is causing other CAR-T stocks to run higher. Mostly, this is nonsense, since large acquisitions like this are rarely repeated by peer members. If the other companies were so damned good GILD would’ve bought them instead of KITE.

Nevertheless, BTIG upgraded JUNO today — thinking JUNO could be next to go.

BTIG Research upgrades JUNO to Neutral from Sell. This morning, Gilead (GILD, Not Rated) announced that it would acquire KITE (KITE, Buy, $138 PT) for $180 per share. Gilead’s entrance into the CAR T space now marks the third large biopharma company to take a significant stake within the next generation cell therapy field. As a result of the arms-length transaction, valuations across the CAR T space will benefit due to a scarcity effect for the remaining players. Firm continues to be skeptical of JUNO’s current competitive positioning, but upgrade our rating to Neutral from Sell, as there is not a near term catalyst to offset the positive tailwind for the entire CAR T space.

Here are others in the field that are ripping higher. This list was procured using Exodus, with the keyword search “antigen.”

NTLA, JUNO, BLCM, CLLS, ADAP, IMMU, BLUE, PGNX, ZIOP, FATE, CLDX.

Reminder: ANTIFA Are Much Worse than Nazis in America

For every Nazi in America, there are 100 of these vermin, running around with sticks — beating up people for political reasons. They’re a global group, financed by persons unknown, supported by both the media and the establishment politicians.

Here they are this weekend, beating up a Father and Son for suspecting they might, in fact, be Nazis.

The Mayor of Berkeley thanked ANTIFA for coming out to protest against bigotry and hatred.

“I applaud the more than 7,000 people who came out today to peacefully oppose bigotry, hatred and racism that we saw on display in Charlottesville,” Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguín said in a statement. ” … However, the violence that small group of protesters engaged in against residents and the police, including throwing smoke bombs, is unacceptable. Fighting hate with hate does not work and only makes each side more entrenched in their ideological camps.”

Romney supports them.

McCain supports them too.

Heck, even little Marco justifies committing acts of violence against suspected Nazis in America — emboldening ANTIFA to be brazen.

Some argue that ANTIFA is the result of the rise of white supremacists in America. What the fuck are those people smoking? Where are these alleged Nazis, aside from larpers with tiki torches in a flash mob rally in Charlottesville? ANTIFA has been around for a while. They used to fashion themselves as anarchists, opposed to the WTO. Do you remember when they were anti-globalists?

Yeah, now they do the bidding for the globalists — because they’ve been properly funded and coopted.

This is a group assembled to foment division in the country, with the intent to suppress freedom of speech and intimidate people against demanding their constitutional rights are respected and acknowledged.

Prove me wrong.

Amazon Completes Purchase of Whole Foods and Slashes Prices of Groceries Across the Board

It’s about time, God damn it. I’ve been dropping $3k+ per month at Whole Foods for the better part of the past decade — buying ‘organic’ foods because MUH chemicals and MUH Monsanto are evil motherfuckers. Now that I’m a genteel vegan with a walking cane, my bills have dropped by orders of magnitude because MUH meat is fucking expensive as shit.

Now that Bezos is in charge of Whole Foods, he’s going to destroy the entire grocery business — just like he did to the mall. I know, you don’t think he can do it; but watch him.

Bloomberg did some price checks at the 57th st Whole Foods in Manhattan. This is what they found.

Organic Fuji apples: $1.99 a pound, down from $3.49.
Organic avocados: $1.99 a pound, down from $2.79.
Organic rotisseries chicken: $9.99 each, down from $13.99.
Bananas: 49 cents per round, down from 79 cents.

Wait, there’s more.

Responsibly-Farmed Atlantic Salmon Filet $14.99 per pound $9.99 -33%
Responsibly-Farmed Tilapia $11.99 per pound $7.99 -33%
Organic Large Brown Eggs $4.29 per dozen $3.99 -7%
Animal-Welfare-Rated 85% Lean Ground Beef $6.99 per pound $4.99 -29%
Organic Avocados $2.79 each $1.99 -29%
Organic Baby Kale (packaged) $3.99 per package $3.49 -13%
Organic Baby Lettuce (packaged “Sweet Baby Lettuces”) $3.99 per package $3.49 -13%
Creamy Almond Butter $7.99 per pound
(1 jar) $6.99 -13%
Crunchy Almond Butter $7.99 per pound
(1 jar) $6.99 -13%
Organic Gala Apples $2.99 per pound $1.99 -33%
365 Everyday Value Organic Butter (salted and unsalted) $5.29 per pound
(four sticks) $4.49 -15%

Shares of KR are little changed today, but down 36% for the year. It took many years for Amazon to destroy the mall. I suspect this business will be easier for Amazon to infiltrate, having the head start in acquiring Whole Foods. Once normies understand that shopping at Kroger is now retarded, since Amazon dropped all of the prices at Whole Foods, I expect to see shares of KR to tumble and then tumble some more.

Oh yeah, they’re selling Amazon Echo’s there now too.

Texas Has Been Destroyed, Gasoline is Up, Prepare to Make Money

Anyone else bored of this shit? The never-ending increase in stock values has me hoping for a calamitous drop. Are we in the midst of a truly unique renaissance in global business or utter horseshit? Post 2008 crisis, the global banking cabal have kept all prospective declines in check, which has resulted in a very sanguine, yet accommodative, economy.

Look at the upside too, you god damned gorilla fools. Sharp downturns accompany unemployment and starvation. Dare I say, this mechanized, central banking, scheme is A-okay for the status quo — seemingly immune to normal economic cycles. The fear, of course, is that this new normal dislocates and fucks us all.

Futures are flat. Oil is down. Gasoline is higher by 4% because Texas has been destroyed by Hurricane Harvey.

With crack spreads blowing out, expect refinery stocks to rip higher.

Is anyone else bored of this shit or is it just me?

Sometimes I feel like a man on an island, all alone, dealing with the pangs of fuckery all by himself.

Prepare to make money…blah, blah, blagh — go fuck yourselves.

America is Best Represented by My Ridiculous Twitter Feed

I’ve just about had enough of the news these days, but I suppose that’s what ‘they’ want, which creates an interesting paradox for me. I don’t think the news is designed to create a sense of apathy in people, but it happens as a byproduct of untalented, uninteresting people.

One of the ways I keep in tune with current events is to peruse my Twitter feed, filled with main stream media larpers, politicians, money managers and self avowed market gurus. Each and every time I get finished with it, I hate the world a little bit more, become dispirited, and lash out via a profanity laden comment or blog post.

I just took screen shots of my feed now and will now walk you through it, offering my thoughts on the matter.

God damned degenerates. How do we get rid of these people?

I hate this man and hope he gets ran over by a military vehicle, for its ultimate irony.

The risk-reward here sucks.

This is the most overrated book of all-time, written by a god damned illiterate. I don’t mean to sound elitist here, but if you like this sort of drivel, I highly suggest you read some classics to see what real writing and prose looks like.

Why do we need to raise the debt ceiling? Why won’t the fuckheads in government balance the budget? This is beyond ridiculous.

The innocence of dogs is refreshing.

Who gives a shit?

These Fox fuckers are just as bad as CNN — divide and conquer. We all know it — but do nothing about it.

What the hell is going on here?

The President is powerless. The Constitution is toilet paper.

Jake Tapper is a supreme faggot.

Mob of angry black people demand the President be removed, whilst holding up signs that ‘hate isn’t welcomed here’. How sweet.

Nothing is worse than neocon never Trumpers. I’d like to view them being treated upon the Catherine Wheel, wearing my favorite Ray Bans.

Why does she larp? She’s made a mockery of herself and is infected by the ‘my opinion means something’ syndrome. No one gives a shit lady. You were fired. Get over it. God I’m angry.

I am convinced John Kasich is actually the devil himself.

Of course Mayweather beat the wrestler. What a sham. Who though the Irish guy would win? Kill yourselves.

There are so many things wrong with this picture. It’s ridiculous.

The cromagnon speaks. Fucking caveman motherfucker.

Jesus Christ this is the most retarded picture of all time.

I will not. God isn’t listening — because he isn’t real — you fucking idiot.

Why, why, why?

What the fuck is her problem?

^^^And that’s what goes through my mind, 3-5 times per day, while thumbing through my ribald twitter stream — filled with garrulous parasites who think their opinions matter. When I was younger, my road was paved with shiny, optimistic, inspirational little bricks. I forged ahead like a true fucking idiot, ignorantly thinking my road would lead to some sort of utopia. What I didn’t realize at the time, and this is a very complex subject, is that the winners and losers have been selected beforehand. Everyone else are merely pitted against one another for the scraps. While we hem and haw, attempting to realize true happiness, the fuckheads in charge lay waste to future generations — so it will be easier for them to dominate and enact their diabolical schemes.

The cycle will continue until the road is drenched in blood.

Retail Investors Withdraw From U.S. Markets at Fastest Pace Since 2004

For the 10th week in a row, irrelevant retail investors withdrew money from the market — the longest streak since 2004. If the sheeple knew anything at all, this might be a statistic worthy of fear. But, as in previous periods of massive withdrawals, this one will end up being meaningless.

Thirty billion has been removed from markets over the past two and a half months, according to a Bank of America report issued on Thursday.

The main beneficiary was European and Japanese stocks, who enjoyed $36 billion in inflows, most likely due to dollar weakness over that timespan.

Is retail sophisticated?

Of course not. They’re simply being guided by larpers on CNBC and idiot advisors who prompt them to make changes, for the sake of conducting a transaction. The pitch is simple. The dollar is careening lower. Trump is gonna crush your portfolios. Sell now and buy France.

Here are the sectors with the largest outflows:

Source: BAML

Technology — $600 million, largest in 49 weeks.
Financials — $35 million, second straight week.
Consumer — $1.5 billion, third largest ever

As far as the ark (treasuries) is concerned, something that now enjoys 10% of my assets, it has attracted the largest inflow in 10 weeks, or $900 billion. That’s a lot of cheddar.

High yield bonds were largely ignored, posting $2.2b in outflows.

“This is definitely weaker U.S. equity inflows but still net positive and my sense is that positioning is still long and the VIX back at 11 shows there is still complacency,” Ilya Feygin, managing director and senior strategist at WallachBeth Capital, said Friday. He estimated U.S. stock exchange-traded funds, passive investment products which have risen in popularity over mutual funds, gained $6.1 billion in net inflows since June 30.

I realize the there is a contradiction in my way of thinking here, accusing people who flee stocks to be irrelevant submentals, while the people pouring into bonds are Einstein tier geniuses. However, you must admit, ordinary Joe never buys TLT — always semis and other tech related nonsense. It is not an urban legend to suggest that ‘smart money’ is in the bond market — but instead a fact.

What does it all mean?

Perhaps both assets can continue heading higher — stocks and bonds in unison. I place zero credence into equity outflows because equities aren’t beholden to retail anymore, but instead of hedge funds, advisors and trading desks.

There is a seasonality factor to consider here too.

According to Exodus, both August and September are, by far, the worst months to be long stocks.

What do you think?

(Revelation: I don’t really give a shit what you think)
