RATES ARE CRASHING, AS AMERICA BRACES FOR CONTENDED ELECTION

Denver approved a measure to LEGALIZE SHITBULLS again, which means more dead kids. Out in Oregon, they all but legalized all drugs: crack, meth, cocaine etc. Good times. Nationally, the election is still in limbo; but I suspect SUPER JOE is going to end up taking the prize. I understand there are billions of votes to be found in Philly, so it’s more or less over.

The curse of John McCain cast a gloomy pall over Trump in Arizona, as that state flipped to blue. Surprisingly, Trump improved with latino and black men +4 over 2016, but lost ground amongst white men -5, which could only mean one thing: he’s a fucking racist and white men are somehow pandering to black men like Joe Biden.

It’s all very exhausting and I get how “your guy” didn’t do as good as you thought last night. No one really believed the fucking polls. America is very much divided and both sides want the other side dead. I look forward to someday soon leaving this stupid place and frolicking amidst the green fields of Ireland, caring only about my potato crop.

I liquidated my entire trading account now for two reasons.

1. The election is not decided. Wall Street HATES uncertainty.
2. RATES ARE FUCKING CRASHING.

The 10yr is down 11bps to 0.76%, which tells me smart money is fleeing for safe harbor. Be mindful of this shift and do not let your emotions interfere with good business sense.

My Quant is higher by 200bps and my new long term dollar cost avg portfolio is +500bps, so I am having a good day. In my trading I had some RUN, a Biden play, and that got hit. Overall, I closed out my trading +50bps. I might trade small throughout the day to boost those returns.

Let’s say I am right and Biden wins, it will almost certainly mean a sharp leg up in gun stocks like RGR and SWBI. Your guns will not be taken away from you — but you will believe they will. Hence, gun sales will go nuts. We might get a fade in Biden fagstocks, like solar and alt energy. But eventually those environmentally friendly stocks will be massive winners under Biden.

I also believe in coincidences. Bear witness to Islamic terrorism making a sharp comeback after 4 years of holiday. You will grow increasingly upset with those ‘barbarous muslims’ and feel enjoyment when President Biden levels a middle eastern city, or perhaps offers American lives in exchange for Syrian to displace that evil dictator who gasses his own people. Can you believe it? He gasses his own people.

Look for slight reductions in defense spending, but nothing too grande. Biden will be like Obama, just less suave. Markets will probably begin to sink lower in 2021 and remain fucked for the duration of his term, as EPA regulations and high tax rates reduce US GDP growth to under 1%.

Meanwhile, bond yields will sink and TLT will float heavily upon the seas, crushing the spirit of gold bugs with it. There will be venues for profit, as in all markets. But I predict lean times as we transition into a slower growth environ.

The one silver lining in all this is China. The trade war will end and she will grow furiously, eventually surpassing the US in economic output. Money will be made, inexorably, in China over the next 4 years.

You ought to be proud of yourselves, out there voting bright and early for your guy. It’s awfully important that you vote in order to protect your freedoms. After all, this is the most important election of all time, maybe even the most important election in the history of mankind. So so important.

Also it’s important that you pledge your allegiance to a political party and then cut off friends and family members who enrich your lives with laughter who disagree with your party. After all, it’s an awfully important election and inaction is violence. If your family members and friends cannot understand the importance of this election, then they left you — not the other way around.

Steam through life with the words given to you and repeat them over and over and over so that other people pay attention and listen to them. If they choose not to listen to you, that’s because they’re reprobates without a proper education. These are important times, awfully important, and the society cannot afford to accommodate those with wrong opinions.

On this all important day, remember to get out there and vote and make a change, and vote with your heart, and also make sure to express your point of view. There has never been a more important day, perhaps not ever. You will see, 4 years from today — the world will be so different because of your vote. You cannot afford not to vote. Think back to 2016 to now and then look at the mask on your face, so sad and also beautiful — because you’re safe and intelligent and you’re doing the right thing. I know both candidates are so bad, but one is much worse than the other and it’s so important to make the right choice.

In closing, please do the right thing, if not for yourselves, but for your children and grandchildren. If childless, please vote for the orphans and for those in need. This election might mean the difference between their lives continuing or coming to abrupt end.

In case you’re wondering where the fuck I am on Twitter these days, it’s jail. I’ve been locked out for period of 7 days for calling someone a CUNT. It wasn’t a woman, so relax. It was a bitch ass hat vendor who was irritating me. When I return to Twitter, I will skin him alive.

I made 40bps in my trading, 240bps in my Quant today. I also started a ‘Best Ideas’ portfolio, consisting of 10 stocks to be purchased every single month for a period of 3 yrs. I am fairly confident these names will be winners. I will also reassess the strategy once per annum, giving me room to adjust to changing times.

Markets looked dicey for a minute there today, but soon after shot grape into the faces of bears and proceeded to edge-lord higher.

Ahead of elections, anything can happen and anyone can get hit. Proceed with caution.

On the literary front, I am reading Lady in the Lake by Raymond Chandler, The Outlaws by Ernst Von Salomon, and History of the English Speaking Peoples by Winston S. Churchill. I had just finished The Last Tycoon and before that 10 others books. Most people do not read these days and it’s a mistake. I’ve been a voracious reader since I was 22. Before that, I was a malcontent. Trust me when I tell you, many truths are found hidden tucked away in some of the literary classics. Unsure where to begin, start at The Count of Monte Cristo and then we can proceed from there to some of the Russians and of course Hemingway and F Scott. There is a world of 1st tier enjoyment out there waiting for you to partake. Current culture of obsessed with degeneracy and superficiality. Sometimes it’s good to disconnect and melt into an era distant and golden.

I am presently flat for the session. I took some trades, made some, lost some. My hedge in SQQQ (3x sized position) is offsetting losses in other holdings. My Quant was closed out this morning, locking in a 1.76% gain. At the moment, it is 100% cash. I also started a long term ‘best ideas’ portfolio — 10 stocks that I will invest into every month — dollar cost average.

One day ahead of the elections, we should not be surprised to see markets uneasy. The consensus is for a Biden win. All of the China trade war stocks, like CLF, X, and FCX, are strong and should lift higher should Joe get elected. Once in office, his cunt of a son, Hunter, will be back at it again — fucking hookers and doing lines of blow off his Morgan Stanley statement — inking new deals in China — getting paid for his name.

Don’t be surprised.

Should Trump pull off another upset, LOOK OUT BELOW. Like it or not, a Trump win will be short term ruinous for innumerable sectors that have risen with Super Joe in the polls. Also, prepare for civil unrest and riots.

Right now the WH is building an “unscalable” fence around the White House — just in case those ANTIFA faggots try to behead the President, post election. It’s all very tiring and no matter who wins the election, I am the fuck out of this fucked up country — providing COVID restrictions are ever lifted.

Make no mistake, markets want Biden to win. Look at how Biden related stocks are rallying today and have been rallying for the past month plus. Electric vehicles, renewable energy, Chinese stocks — all up sharply. The low taxes, highly dysfunctional Trump administration has worn thin on Wall Street now, not because the market is tired of low taxes and financial rigging, but because people who invest money into the market are bored.

I suppose most people aren’t scared of renewed environmental laws and/or higher taxes. If you recall the pin action during Obama’s final three years it was nothing less than depressing.

Alas, markets want what markets want. We’re spinning higher today amidst optimism for a Biden win, who is presently polling +10 ahead of Trump. I’d be shocked if Biden didn’t win. Why that would mean the polls were really wrong again, much worse than in 2016.

Because of my hedges, I am off by 0.5% today, more so because of NCLH and AMC actually — both of which I just sold. I added a few Biden plays and liquidated my quant, which was up 1.7% for the session. I will redeploy the quant later today with new stocks and I’m thinking about what to do with my SQQQ position.

I just supped on an assortment of Italian delicacies, a homemade gravy passed down 10 generations to me, some fuckhead blogger located in the bastardized part of the south. Since coming here I’ve learned a great deal about southern culture. Mostly, it’s nonsense — poor people culture revolving around fatty foods and grits.

I see WTI is off by 5% and lockdowns are all but a foregone conclusion. The COVID scourge is worsening again, ahead of civil war type mood elections, which could only mean one thing:

Twitter has suspended my account for the second time in the past week, this time for a whole 7 days. The first offense was tweeting violence, the video of the cop shooting the man with the knife in philly. Last night’s great offense was joking around with someone and calling him a “cunt.” It was meant to be a joke of course and I certainty never joke around in real life by calling people cunts. However, given the circumstances, I felt comfortable using such an abrasive word as CUNT to describe the person I was joshing around with.

Naturally and of course, Twitter probably hates my guts for a sundry of other reasons, as I am known to make fun of them for their wokeness, and I also post some unsavory Hunter Biden related stuff. In a sense, my account is their worst nightmare, so I’m out for a period of 7 days.

In the meantime, I will take this time out to reflect upon my sins, repent for calling someone a CUNT, and try to come out of this gulag a better person.

Where to begin? First let me say I had a dreadful trading month, down 4% for October. This is especially painful coming from +12%. The recent drawdown has been brutal, targeting high beta bubble stock names with an increased level of violence. The trend has certainly changed and if I am being honest now — I have no idea where we go next.

It looked like markets were trying to price in a Trump win this week, with BIG TECH hammered, alongside alt-energy, solar, and electric cars. Today we had upside outliers in ‘back to normal’ stocks, industrials, oil, and coal — all Trump plays.

Incredibly, rates continue to rise, as bonds decouple from stocks in a way I cannot recall seeing. When markets get hammered, bonds are supposed to go up — but not now.

Gold was a safe haven and anything COVID related smashed lower.

Because of all this, I ended up taking a 3x overweight position in SQQQ, not as a pure bearish play, but to hedge against my current longs. Cash is at 25% and I am disheveled, totally demoralized from what appeared to be a fantastic month. My hopes and dreams have been dashed against the cold and rigid rock of despair, melting into a weekend Halloween in a post COVID world — lockdown edition. Nothing about today was pleasant. As a matter of fact, the entire week was brutal — massive drawdowns and losses strewn out across my balance sheets from hell. It’s all rot and it’s all because I believed in the lie that markets would of course rebound — the psyop of incredible beings being able to massage prices higher thru brute force usually ends the way you’d think — fucked.

On a long enough timeline, naturally, stocks trade up. But in between the mountainous ranges are depths of despair and wanton disregard for life and happiness. We are inexorably fucked until we’re not.
