Tucker Carlson Takes on Mark Cuban Over H1B Visa Laws

The minimum wage for H1B visa recipients is $60,000, unchanged from 1989. Let me emphasize that for you. Our government is permitting companies to bring in foreign skilled labor at 1989 wages, completely undercutting the American workforce and driving down wages.

Today President Trump signed an executive order to reform the program.

“Right now, H-1B visas are awarded in a totally random lottery — and that’s wrong,” said Trump.

Annually, there is a quota of 85,000 new visas, with 20,000 reserved for master’s degree holders. To give you an idea how voracious an appetite American tech firms have for foreign labor, this was the fifth year in a row the cap had been met within 5 days.

The order was seen as a ceremonial media event, having little to no bearing on actual law. In order to effect real change, congress will need to change the law.

Tucker Carlson took on Mark Cuban to discuss the law — who is supportive of the H1b visas because MUH American exceptionalism and MUH capitalism. While against ‘hoarding’ visas, Cuban is supportive of the program because it allows American companies to hire skilled labor.

Tucker retorted, ‘that’s the talking point, and it makes sense […], but the reality, as you know, is 80% of foreigners admitted under H1b make less than the median income in which the work.  In other words, they’re being brought over, not because of their skills, but because they save labor costs. That’s a subversion of the idea.’

Cuban’s reply was to blame the visa hoarders on causing the problem, saying ‘that’s wrong, that’s not at the core of the H1b visa.’

Then Cuban twisted himself into a pretzel, saying ‘But when it comes to competing for the best talent around the world, I’m a big believer in American exceptionalism. I believe we can compete. When we can’t get the job, we get smarter. Work harder, get smarter, you’ll get it the next time around. I think that’s good for everybody.’

WTF? What sort of bullshit was Mark chewing on before spewing out this nonsense? But what about the wage gap, Mark?

Tucker weighed in, ‘except in a lot of those cases, we don’t get smarter, we get unemployed.’ Tucker went on to explain that over 40% of college graduates describe themselves as underemployed. He added, ‘so we have a massive labor pool that’s educated in our system (Cuban nodding), and yet they’re being turned away in favor of people who are being educated abroad. That does not help America in any way.’

(awkward silence, death blow delivered)

The government has an obligation to protect American jobs. By plainly stating that the religion of capitalism can do no wrong and that ‘market forces’ will lead the path towards utopia is rhetoric. By creating loopholes that lower wages, literally taking away jobs from skilled American labor, is the very definition of abdication of duty, in some cases treasonous.

The biggest H1B visa sponsors are:

Infosys
Cap Gemini
Tata Consulting
IBM
Wipro
Accenture
Tech Mahindra
Deloitte
Cognizant
Microsoft
HCL America
Google
Ernst and Young
UST Global
Larsen and Toubro
Amazon

It’s worth noting, many of those companies are consultants, who then used the skilled labor to work on projects on behalf of their fortune 500 clients. In others words, they’re merely gatekeepers, obfuscating the true nature of how pervasive this program is in the American workforce.

FBI Used Fake Dossier to Gain FISA Warrant on Trump

Let’s run down the timeline on events to date.

  • Dems accused Trump of being a Russian spy
  • Bullshit dossier leaked by Buzzfeed, suggesting Trump hired Russian hookers to piss on him. It was proven to be a hoax.Trump hit back with Obama wire tapped me
  • Media goes apeshit, ridiculing Trump for making claim
  • Rep. Schiff (D) in the news every day, calling for Russian investigation
  • Rep. Nunes (R) reveals that something had gone awry with intelligence surveillance on team Trump
  • Media doubles down on discrediting the idea that Obama could spy on Trump
  • Judge Nap says British intelligence spied on Trump, gave intel to Obama
  • Evelyn Farkas says in interview that she advised the intelligence agencies to preserve Trump-Russian intel
  • Right wing media foams from the mouth, asking how Farkas had access to intelligence while working for Clinton campaign
  • Media admits Trump was spied on via ‘incidental’ gathering via foreign agencies
  • Judge Nap vindicated. Media fails to apologize
  • Rep. Schiff vanishes from the spotlight
  • Cernovich reveals that Susan Rice ordered unmasking of Trump in ‘incidental’ gathering
  • Susan Rice confirms she had done this as part of her job
  • The Guardian reveals British and six other nations were spying on Trump
  • Washpo reveals FISA warrant was ordered to spy on Trump advisor, Carter Page
  • ***TONIGHT: The FBI based their FISA warrant on discredited and comically produced ‘dossier’ to spy on Trump***

Now that you’re up to speed, CNN is reporting that James Comey based his FISA warrant on the pissgate dossier, a flaccid report put together using intel provided by pranksters on the Hitler loving website, 4 Chan.

Fucking embarrassing.

Carter Page issued this statement, in response to the findings

“I look forward to the Privacy Act of 1974 lawsuit that I plan to file in response to the civil rights violations by Obama administration appointees last year. The discovery process will be of great value to the United States, as our nation hears testimony from them under oath and we receive disclosure of the documents which show what exactly was done in 2016.”

Why is this significant? Without having credible intel asserting that Trump had Russian ties, the house of cards collapses on Obama — who will be laid bare for having ordered spying be done on team Trump for political purposes.

If that becomes the narrative, several Obama administration members will be heading to gaol.

Trump: ‘Infrastructure is Coming and It’s Coming Fast’

In a speech given today for the workers at Snap-On tools, ticker $SNA, President Trump, once again, promised a great big giant and beautiful infrastructure bill.

“Big infrastructure bill, probably use it with something else that’s a little bit harder to get approved in order to get that approved, but infrastructure is coming, and it’s coming fast.”

At this stage in the political cycle, I’m inclined to mistrust and hate on everyone. Nevertheless, I’ve had a theory for a few weeks now that by bending the knee to the globalist neocon scum, Trump may, in fact, be able to get a lot of his agenda shuffled through Congress. Providing he can keep the nation at war, provide blood sacrifices for our Luciferian leaders, Trump’s presidency might be entering a ‘do nothing wrong’ phase — with both sides of Congress ceding to his caprices — fulfilling campaign pledges that are geared towards economic development.

If an infrastructure bill reality is about to happen, it might be worthwhile to revisit some of the Trump plays that have been sold off in recent weeks. Below is a short list of “Trump stocks” and their respective 1 mo returns.

Rare Event Approaches: $TNA is Oversold Lads; Get in the Market Now!

You have very little time to capitalize on this ‘rare’ event. The last time $TNA was oversold in Exodus for its 12 month algo was on April the 5th at $98.41. The time before that was on Feb 11th, 2016 at $33.7.

Do you know what happened after Feb 11th, 2016? A wave of sharp knives crested upon the heads of those betting for western finance to collapse.

Without delving into the details, just know, this is the single best performing signal out of all the triple upside ETFs. Inside of 5 days hence, the markets shall shoot higher amidst euphoric grandeur — casting aside old vestiges of fears that have both beguiled and haunted investors from getting their fair share in the equity markets.

A return of animalistic spirits is the call here — roaming packs of lions indiscriminately eating Antifa-like beta males attempting to stop progress.

CHARTFAGS GET IN HERE: Come Analyze the Precipice of Hell For Me

This isn’t going to be a maudlin rant about how stock are on the verge of tipping over and crashing into a sea of blackness. It’s all too convenient to utter those disgraceful prognostications on a day when the indices are lower.

But I got two chart breakouts to the downside for you. Analysts hates them, but I like them. Copper and bond yields are both driving their respective vehicles into brick walls — dead.

Have a look.

Copper= global growth
Yields= inflation

Scared yet, you fucking faggots?

Since I’m fully invested in war stocks, I couldn’t care less about ordinary, run of the mill, growth stocks. My growth will be exercised when hell is formed on earth, and the military-industrial complex seizes control of N Korea and slaps the shit out of it — forcing its best and brightest into Samsung factories.

Dislocations Abound: Market Suffers as Goldman and JNJ Swim Lower

Lots of stuff happening today. Don’t let anyone tell you today is a boring day. It’s just boring to them because they’re idiots.

Let’s examine what’s taking place.

Theresa May is an idiot. She called for early elections. She literally has nothing to gain. She said giving the libtards an opportunity to crush BREXIT.

This is boosting the pound like a motherfucker — up 1.5% so far.

Base metals are getting crushed, hammered to death. I’d rather not speculate as to why it’s happening, other than it is.

Copper is off by 2.2% and lead is off by more than 4%.

Sovereign paper is in demand. Yields are diving lower again. Risk off.

Both $GS and $JNJ are dropping like rocks, making up most of the losses in the Dow. In the case of Goldman, they traded like subhuman retards for the quarter. This is literally an anomaly. There are no tradeable narratives off the GS and JNJ misses, other than to maybe buy dips.

Sans GS and JNJ, markets aren’t doing much today. The dollar is off by another 0.5% v the euro, which provides our exporters with a marginal advatange. In short, the moves in the base metals are alarming, but only if they continue lower for several days.

From my vantage point, the overarching risks to the tape lie in politics, elections in France, UK and how Trump executes on his campaign pledges — and of course war.

BREXIT Vote Part 2: May Calls for Early Elections to Reaffirm Her BREXIT Mandate; Pound Soars

What is her endgame here? First it was Cameron who tied his fate to BREXIT, now her. By calling for early elections, slated for June 8th, 2017, essentially, she’s calling for another BREXIT vote. For the love of God, she just took office and isn’t due to elections until 2020.

Just before the Easter break, May said she wouldn’t call for early elections. But now she’s changed her mind, apparently.

“There should be unity here in Westminster but instead there is division,” she said in a statement outside her Downing Street residence on Tuesday. “The country is coming together but Westminster is not.” A rift in Parliament will damage the government’s ability to make a success of Brexit, she said.

According to recent polling, her conservatard party is a solid 20 points ahead of Jeremy Corbyn’s libtard labour. If she wins, she will successfully humiliate her political foes and relegate them to persona non grata status for the remainder of her term. She’d have a firm mandate to push BREXIT negotiations through, regardless of what her critiques say in parliament.

“Tomorrow I will move a motion in the House of Commons calling for a general election to be held on the 8th of June,” said May. If it passes, parliament will be dissolved by May 3rd.

Corbyn is elated to have a BREXIT vote redux.

Tim Farron, liberal democrat leader supports this move, but for different reasons.

“If you want to avoid a disastrous hard Brexit, if you want to keep Britain in the single market, if you want a Britain that is open, tolerant and united, this is your chance.”

Scotland’s Nicola Stugeon says May is simply trying to ‘crush the voices of people who disagree with her,’ using evil democracy to do it.

In spite of the polling data, the market is viewing this as an opportunity to undermine BREXIT. The pound is soaring by 1.2% on this news.

Shares of $CAH Hammered After Lowering Guidance, Making $6b Acquisition

Cardinal Health is acquiring the Patient Care, Deep Vein Thrombosis, and Nutritional Insufficiency divisions from Medtronic for $6.1b. In addition to that news, the company warned, ever so slightly, but a warning nonetheless.

Cardinal Health sees FY17 EPS guidance at lower end of prior range; provides updates on FY18/19 outlook

Co issues guidance for FY17 (Jun), sees EPS at the lower end of its guidance range of $5.35-5.50 vs. $5.42 Capital IQ Consensus Estimate.

Cardinal Health’s preliminary fiscal 2018 view is for Non-GAAP EPS to be flat to down mid-single digits. The company’s early fiscal 2018 outlook reflects the following: A significant increase in the Medical segment’s profit, including the contributions from the acquisition announced today. This acquisition is expected to contribute at least $0.21 Non-GAAP EPS accretion in fiscal 2018, assuming a first-quarter fiscal 2018 close.

In addition, fiscal 2019 Non-GAAP EPS is expected to grow at least high-single digits versus fiscal 2018.

The businesses should generate $2.4b in revenues over the next 4 quarters.

The transaction is expected to result in modest dilution on a net basis to the company’s fiscal year 2018 non-GAAP EPS in the range of ~$0.12-0.18, with the exact amount primarily dependent on the closing date of the transaction.

Combined, the businesses expected to be divested in the transaction generated ~$2.4 bln in revenue over the last four reported quarters.

A Daily Reminder That Trolls Have No Place on Finance Blogs

Since tackling other subjects aside from finance, I’ve attracted a great new audience. This is what our traffic stats have been like over the past year, via Alexa.

Thank you for your patronage.

With new subjects comes new types of trolls, persons with heinous backgrounds, poor breeding, education, and outward failures in business. Hilarity always ensues when one of the political trolls attempts to cross over, trans-genre if you will, into my world of finance from their cavernous land of political ill repute.

After I blogged a nice little Easter note to my readers last night, telling them I felt there were extreme gains ahead, the following declaration was left in the comments section.

This is the reason why we don’t have an edit button for comments. Whatever you say shall be recorded here for eternity. I’ve pre-paid our server expenditures, 100 years hence, so that the institution known as iBankCoin can be passed on to new generations — a testament of when mankind had it in them to bank a profuse amount of coin in the markets, with style, grace, and a lot of outward aggression.

For those of you reading this in the future, just know that on the very next day, after that low brow troll left that disgusting comment on my blog, this happened.

Let it be noted, for all time, that the biggest winners for the past 12 months have not been in tech, but instead basic resources.

Let the record show, most accurately, that while Le Fly ‘missed out’ on the post-Presidential rally of 2016, he made the singular best macro call of his career, long bonds at a time when interest rates plunged to record levels. If it wasn’t for the Trump short squeeze, things might’ve turned out differently. Alas, complaints will not be offered here for lack of performance. I manifested my bearings, sold out of all of my positions, post haste, and placed all of my money into a single uranium stock, $UEC, at around a dollar — and then sailed off into 2017 a champion amongst champions — as UEC quickly rose by 80% — making it the best sector to be invested in for the beginning of 2017.

Admittedly, since then, the markets haven’t been very accommodating. I’ve always been a ‘thematic’ investor, which is why I am now long ‘globalist neocon’ stocks — because I intend to shill quite a bit for the purposes of profit. My thought process isn’t as cartoonish as it seems. I prefer to communicate to the masses in a manner that is relatable, rich with anecdotes, filled with prose designed to catch people off guard — evoking emotional responses.

How am I doing so far?

Precisely.

I’ve got two major league qualities that I’ve been able to scale in my life — knowing how to invest and write. This is why you come here on a daily basis — even the haters and the trolls — toiling on in my comments section for reasons unbeknownst to them.

People are attracted to greatness. Now that you’re clued in, please be sure to avoid offering financial advice in the comments section. Thanks in advance. Your insipid lack of decorum is a public disgrace — well deserving of a 542-word lecture of what not to say to the Blogfather when cavorting in his house.
