HAPPY EASTER: President Trump Issues Bearish Analysis on $AMZN

You’ve got to be shitting me. Imagine if Obama did this. You Trumptards would be shouting ‘communist muckraker’ from each and every roof top.

Here’s the President tweet storming his hatred of Jeff Bezos, menacing him with billions in additional expenses.

Not only is Agent Orange demanding Amazon pay more in taxes, but he’s also literally demanding they pay more in expenses. What the fuck? I’m not apologizing for Amazon, but they’re merely playing the game according to its rules. If Trump wants more money, he should change the fucking laws and quit interfering in markets. This is going to have a negative impact on shares of AMZN, and possibly the market, and that’s bullshit.

HAPPY EASTER FUCKED FACES.

Glad Bezos pointed out a deficiancy in the rules. This should have been fixed a long time ago. Trump is just addressing all the bullshit the government failed at over the last 20 years. He should be elected with no term limits until this mess is fixed.

AMZN is using taxpayer money funneled to Bezos by Pentagram/CIA/NSA/HLS/DHS/etc. to run their spying servers to carpet bomb consumer product companies out of their markets by subsidizing retail losses with egregious AWS profits.

the best thing in all this is it points how just how pathetic our system is that such an oranged one could become el prezidente and that he’s a step up in certain ways from the Bush-Dulles CIA gang who had a hold over this country through LBJ, Tricky Dick, Gerald Ford, Bush 1, Bush 2, both Clintons & Obama

    1. If Amazon did not use US Postal Service what happens to the USPS moving forward? Doesnt Amazon already employ other delivery methods when it makes economic sense? Is this 3D by Trump….USPS failure followed by privatization? Or is this a garden variety Twitter comment?

    2. Perhaps this is more about the fact Bezos is much richer than Trump. Hugely so, believe me.

Amazon should increase its fleet of delivery vehicles and offer mail delivery as part of ones Prime membership. Put the USPS out of its misery

Fidel Cash Grow- Amazon might just do that, considering their focus on customer experience.

However USPS is still the delivery server of record for many kinds of official and legal communication. Is government and the public ready for a commercial business handling a government infrastructure service? I think the answer is yes, although I find it troubling. Let’s see, we have prisons for profit, Twitter replacing Department of State and government data in a cloud somewhere. What’s next, SpaceX handles delivery of the nuclear arsenal ?

I do not know. I was speaking a little flippantly – Twitter comment like. Seems we have become pretty used to the idea of private sector supplying elements of gov services and infrastructure (maybe add military contractors to your previous list). I certainly do not know where to draw the line on that. I do wish the gov could provide a world class service/experience on just one thing they do other than military

Fewer taxpayers/aging population forces a smaller more agile government. No other option but to outsource more functions to the private sector, whether we favor it or not.

In 1945 there were 40 or so workers for each Social Security retiree. Now there are less than three. Whereas the system is considered sustainable when there are more than 3 workers for each retiree, this ratio is heading down to 1.

Also consider the so-called ‘Omnibus Bill’.

The US government operates a mandatory budget and a discretionary budget. The Congress only extends the discretionary budget, not the mandatory budget, which is automatically and perpetually funded.

In 1960 the mandatory budget was about 25 percent of the total budget. Today it is about 75 percent.

Why this current budget was so important to Trump is that Defense/Pentagon makes up more than half the discretionary budget each year.

While we are lamenting the crazy earmarks and boondoggles of the ‘Omnibus Bill’, in reality they probably amount to less than 5 percent of the total annual US budget. They should be stopped, to be sure, but putting the matter into perspective, the President did not want to stop defense spending.

My guess is that there is terrific waste in the mandatory budget, but this is not ever discussed in public.

            “… less than 5 percent …”

Actually considering that the spend for 2018 is projected at $7.23 trillion, the earmarks/boondoggles may be less that 1 percent. Whether one is for or against Planned Parenthood, for example, that was budgeted $500 million; well this represents about 0.007% of the total us budget.

Then the ‘Omnibus Bill’ only sets a budget. The House and Senate Appropriations Committees actually supply funds from this budget.

From my reading, the appropriations process is very opaque and often does not operate within the rules. My guess is there is no guarantee that this budget will be spent, or that it will be spent where it is intended.

This is all about the “Fake Washington Post” as Trump calls it, an independent newspaper that Bezos owns– a paper that is part of the ever dwindling free press, rather than being part of GOP state media like Fox, Breitbart, Right Wing talk radio and Right Wing Internet.

Trump, like other fascists, wants a press that goes along with his constant lies– not a free press that strives to publish the truth.

I saw this coming from miles away. Now we’re stuck with a mentally retarded fascist as POTUS until we can find a way to remove him.

Frog, the system is corporate-fascist state. To call one leader out over another is just horse hockey. When haven’t governments acted in the interest of business? Either through war or legislation?

Are Trumpsters fascists because they live in fascism? Or are Trumpsters fascists living currently in communism? Just so I know where you’re coming from, what is your definition of ‘fascism’ as a political system and ‘communism’ as a regime?

First of all, the right wing media you mention doesn’t have nearly the population reach of your deep state media known as CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NYT .. etc etc. Even if what you spew is true, you surely had no issue with all of the deep state media being Obama’s lap dog. GTFO of here with your ideological bullshit.

Seems to me the Fly strongly advocated for Trump as president. Apparently, having a bullshit artist with an emotional age of 12 as President was just fine by him so he has no right bitching about that now.

    1) Trump sucks
    2) The Post Office need to remain public if rural mail is to be subsidized.
    3) Trump is right on the Amazon/USPS subsidy. Still waiting for the “hero of the working class” to express his views on how many workers for companies ranging from Wmat to McDs are receiving taxpayer subsidies through welfare benefits to their low-ware workers.

Don’t you think its a little funny to decry “intervention in the markets” when its Trump tweeting but ignore the daily effort of central banks to prop up the market. Yes yes yes I understand its different if its company specific targeting (not that that doesn’t happen) but Jeff is a first rate faggot and rent extraction is for dishonorable curs so I’d be happy to see him and Amazon shareholders wiped out.

My only question is how much lead/warning time Trump gives his buddies like the 0%-capital-gains-tax-through-inheritance Waltons to short Amazon before he actaully tweets.

Only fucking morons with no money and no plans to ever have any think inheritance tax is a good idea. Its already after tax income you fucking morons, you just overlook the point because you pathetic little shits can’t handle the idea that people who sacrificed and worked hard can leave their children something while you, failure that you are, won’t.

You think the Waltons pay *income* tax? That’s cute. You are probaby too stupid to undeestand the real purpose behind the inheritance tax and think that it just hurt’s Uncle Jessie’s 10-acre farm.

Let me help you out. Sam Walton works hards and creates an empire based on a Buy American foundation: https://www.nytimes.com/1985/04/10/business/wal-mart-s-buy-american.html

His useless offspring decide, “Why the f*ck woudl we want to buy American when foreign goods are cheaper?” and turn Walmart into one of China’s largest trading partners, while putting many American manufactures and American small retailers out of business.

Thanks to Sam, the Walton are so rich that they can live off the capital gains from Walmart.

Albert owns $10M worth of stock. It grows to $100M by time he dies and deed it to Bob.
Bob lets the stock grow to $1B and leaves it to Carl.
Carl sells it all immediately, for a capital gains on Albert’s initial investement of $999M.

However, Carl’s tax basis is $100m, so his capital gains is $0. And thanks to Republicans and fools like you, the inheritance tax is also $0, so that’s $999M tax-free, without even any tax shelters or other loop holes.
