What Trump meant was just about as much as he meant with his “cofeveve” tweet while he was passed out on the toilet.
I don’t think that Trump’s handlers will let him act on his tweets re N Korea. Unlike Saddam and Ghadaffi, N Korea was smart enough to ignore our pleas to give up their WMD programs; and so the empire cannot freely smack them around as we are accustomed to doing. The effort will be to contain these weapons and keep the N Koreans from exporting such weapons and the tech (see Syria) to build them.
The concern for Americans right now should be the fact that, like his two predecessors, Trump seems to be following the neocon script regarding middle east/N Africa. The final phase of the neocon wet dream is to get the US to go to war with Iran. The script has been public since the 1990s and it is remarkable that so many Americans have been sending their sons off to neocon wars, with disastrous consequences for our country, without even having taken the time to learn about this.
