Exercise Restraint!

An entirely plausible scenario is setting up to trick, trap and decapitate you.

By now you should have ample cash reserves. Your baser instincts will lure you back into the fold in order to buy seemingly “cheap wares.” At the first sight of strength, you will be tempted to pounce onto the market and dry hump it.

HOLD YOUR GROUND LADS!

Be content with making some money with some of the exposure you have left, as opposed to making all of the money with a spastically fantastical retarded 100% long equity exposure. 2015 has been a year of false starts. Even if we get a bounce today, who’s to say those mongrels from the far reaches of the world will not devalue their currency yet again, tomorrow? Neither you or I can predict the future, only Exodus can do that.

The summer slumber continues. Snore through August and light fire under your employees asses in September. I’ll be keeping my cash and will not reallocate until I am good and ready. This market is broken, for the time being. Therefore, all rallies must be viewed with a cynical eye.

Enjoying the Cyanide Cocktails, Are We Not?

China did it again, devalued their currency for pleasure, instead of necessity. But I don’t need to tell any of you about that. By now, you’re all experts.

Stocks are toilet bowling lower and the black flag is hoisted above Wall Street. Evil days have fallen upon us. You’re all worn out, withered and worried about the future.

A great man once said “there is no tomorrow.”

INDEUD

On the menu for today’s lunch is margin with a side order of call. You’re gonna love it.

By the way, gold is spring loading higher, validating the August seasonality magic that repeats itself on an annual basis.

When do we nibble?

I entreat you to be patient. Give the market some time to clear out and of course let Exodus be your friend.

The Darkest Horizon Ever is Ahead

One of you bedlamites had the audacity to quiz me as to how I could be so bearish today when I was exceedingly bullish yesterday. To answer this, I will present you with a scenario.

Imagine yourself a good upstanding citizen in a fine neighborhood. You talked to your friend Gladys just yesterday about how swell of a neighborhood it was, replete with the finest amenities money and position had to offer. You venture off from a late night nosh, alone, strolling near the park, amidst a view that has attracted the finest citizens this country has to offer, and has been doing so for the past 150 years.

Out of nowhere a man with a gorilla mask pops out from the trees and smashes you over the head with a large stick. He then takes your purse and leaves you with a stab wound from rump to stump. Well, that’s what China did to us last night and I don’t think I live in a nice neighborhood anymore.

The darkest horizon ever approaches, infused with Chinese black coal. It threatens to engross you in its rapture and reduce your life savings into saw dust. A confluence of significant events are converging, stemming from the disruption in the energy markets and ending in Beijing. Things are heating up in the Ukraine again and Obama has big ears and a small penis.

I’d like to tell you “everything is going to all right.” But it’s not. Many of you will lose fortunes, if you haven’t already. Donald “hair piece” Trump threatens to seize the presidency under the banner of declaring war on China and grape raping them into submission. These are not the days to be lax. You should be cautious.

We are living through the best days ever, with regard to scientific innovation and technological know-how. Then again, the 1930’s represented an era of rapid societal advancement, hamstrung by a mind-fuck of epic proportions. Once the confidence goes, all is lost.

Let’s review the cogs of this market.

Retail: dead
Energy: dead
Apple: Tianneman Squared
Semis: dying
Coal: bankrupt
banks: good
homies: milquetoast
industrials: fucked
REITs: milquetoast

Caveat: Idea flow will remain a priority for me and I fully intend to trade the ranges. Even during the worst markets, there are pockets of jubilation. Moreover, there could be a shift in sentiment that causes me to revisit this dire outlook. But, for now, I remain statuesque in my opinion that the lot of you are entirely fucked, chopped meat, flattened out and grilled–ready to be eaten by celestials with really bad teeth.

RIP 2015

It’s over. I sold out of some of my CYBR position ahead of earnings tonight. Odds are they will smoke earnings and the stock might rebound from today’s drubbing. Nonetheless, my risk appetite is zilch. I’ve decided to French up my portfolio, surrender it to the Chinese winds of depravity.

Get your affairs in order. Things are going to get a lot worse before they get better.

Top pick: pain and GG

I’m Storing My Proceeds Here

It’s mostly going into cash. But I also doubled the size of my GG position, which should end up being my largest equity holding by the end of the session.

THE CHINA CRASH IS NOW

I had some time to think about all of these “convergences of depravity.” The singular thing that has held together this house of cards was the Federal Reserve and the specter of grandiose growth out of China. Well, the Fed is threatening to raise rates and China is in full blown panic mode, a la Thai crisis of 1998.

This is what I am going to do and have been doing for the past hour.

I am getting the fuck of Dodge. This tape is tenuous and teetering on the brink of a full blown rout. There isn’t anything you can do or say to change my mind. There isn’t anyway to paper over this shit, as the mongrels from China drive their shitty cars into American walls made from granite. We are going to sell their stocks, and any stock that has exposure to China, until it is in the dirt, swimming with the worms.

I am a fantastic seller here.

Chinese Bullshit

Today China devalued their currency by 2%, which is actually 3% less than the rumor. This, of course, is being grossly exaggerated in the media, by morons in funny costumes. Although the Chinese lack the tact and style that is abundant in a Dr. Benjamin Bernanke, their goals are the same. This is their version of QE, a devaluation of their currency in order to help their exporters bank a little more coin.

I guess what people are really scared about is this confirms what we’ve already known: China is slowing and their economy sucks.

China’s economy sucks because it’s wrought with fraud and corruption, men in hanfus selling plastic rice to unsuspecting indigents.

What does this mean for us?

It’s validation of a global growth story in flames, which is bad for everything but domestic names. By now you shouldn’t own many stocks that possess a foreign flare anyhow, unless of course you’re a god damned idiot.

Avoid the celestial bullshit and stick to companies who conduct business under the auspices of the Federal Reserve.

I am going to wait another 30 minutes before placing any trades, in order to let the sellers exhaust themselves.

RACKED AND DISMEMBERED

I’m back.

All of you bitchasses were tossed from calashes and horse stomped into the dirt today. I told you motherfuckers “This Is Opportunity.” Did you listen? Did you place your bets on gold, as directed?

GOLD

^^^ Look at that ^^^ August seasonality for EGO. All of the gold names look the same. Big surprise they are screaming higher, right?

BRACE YOURSELVES: I made over 2.2% today, straight bowling onto the ugly faces of short sellers, wheels on tarmac style. I will be doing this forever. Stick around; we’re gonna stick needles in heads tomorrow, torture while popping champagne corks into the faces of total and complete strangers. Like “pop, surprise bitch, I just popped off into your jawbone.”

“The Fly” reigns supreme over and above all of you clam-digging invalids–pathetic popped corn eating catamites, 3-D glasses and shit. I fire off shots into your 3-D glasses. I’m King to your pawn. I will be making some wholesale moves tomorrow morning. Stay tuned.

NOTE: I posted the clean version of Hood Billionaire, so that you could enjoy it with your families this evening. Long live Ferguson. I hope that city lives forever (extra King Leonidas).

VACATION ISN’T OVER YET

Don’t bother asking me where I’m staying, the city, or even the state. It’s none of your concern. Just know, as you toil about the boardroom and take orders from a savage, Le Fly is enjoying the finer things in life, both room and board, as well as the finest culinary experiences this planet has to offer.

Feel good in knowing that I am taking it easy for the rest of you, slop-muppets.

As soon as I head back towards my office, I will figure out the tape, not only for you, but for all of the self professed experts on Twitter that you put so much credence in.

Upon my return, I’ll sternly ask that they go run around the block a few times as I work it out.

On my vacation, I’ve witnessed lots of humans behaving poorly, especially of the Russian and savage Chinese varietal. The problem with most of you is that you lack decorum, uneducated fools who practice the arts of pseudo intellectualism or outright wanton degeneracy. Either way, you’re not gentlemen and should recede into the dark corners of ancient catacombs, getting lost, drinking brandy milk punches until death.

“The Fly” is super charged and ready to destroy you motherfuckers in exactly 1 days time.

Saturday Cinema with Le Fly: Wall Street

The quintessential movie about a piker broker landing a whale, then letting the newly found riches get to his head, leading towards debauchery and untold tales of corruption and betrayal.

Far too often you motherfuckers let a little coin get into your big fat stupid heads. Money shouldn’t change the man; but it always does.

In this movie, Bud Fox, the piker broker, gets Gordon Gekko (rich player, art collector, destroyer of companies) as a client, and is quickly told to get some good suits and to “not be seen around here looking like that”, off the rack bullshit. True players go bespoke all the time.

After Bud gets acquainted with some new money, he bids 950k for some penthouse in the upper east side, away from Sean and that whore Madonna in the west. He then partakes in a slew of insider trades that lands him into some hot water that nearly kills his chain smoking father, who happens to be a real union hack who also tends to reveal confidential information to his stockbroker son regarding some court ruling that would allow his company to “compete with the majors.”

He isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed.

The movie is a classic and is a must see for any market participant.
