We all like to play parlour tricks, pretending that our stocks are the best companies in the world, until they reach our price targets and we cast them away like jobs in California (yes, that was a double entendre). But there are some fantastic companies out there, who’ve outperformed all others, making their long tern investors happy.
Using my screener inside of The PPT, I concocted a screen to find such stocks. Here are the results.
These are all large cap, markets caps in excess of $5 billion. Here are some smaller high growth companies that are kicking ass.
Why am I showing this to you? Frankly, a great many of you are new to investing and make plenty of errors. We all make errors; but it’s the seasoned investor who is able to stop making them and turn it around. That is the very foundation of my skill set–resiliency. If you are starting out, trying this on your own, pick stocks from a specific basket of well to do growth companies. Keep it in the back of your minds that your initial cost basis will be wrong and prepare to average down.
If you are unable to risk too much, dial up the market caps on your picks. Generally speaking, the higher the cap, the less risk is associated with the business, barring the occasional ‘systemic failure’ of course.

For the sake of your further winship, I hope Texas secedes– in which case they will have to be prepared to defend themselves against invasion by Mexico, in case Mexico wants to take back that territory (which once belonged to them.) In that case SWHC & all other gun stocks would triple overnight.
