The current price ratio of gold to silver is now 42 to 1, more than two and a half times higher than the historic ratio of 16:1 As prices of precious metals move higher, many economists, myself included, expect silver to outperform gold, as the ratio returns closer to its historic average.”
It’s the best bullion purchase based on the ratios.
The thing about silver is that there is a huge amount out there sitting in peoples china cabinets. When the price goes up tons of the stuff seems to come out of the woodwork and the supply goes up.
I think when the jewelry stores and precious metal dealers start holding clinics in hotel rooms inviting people to bring in all their old silver cutlery/tea pots, then the top of the market will be in sight.
