Fly Buys: LIOX, SFLY

I started a position in LIOX, just under $4. And, I added to SFLY.

Disclaimer: If you buy the above stocks because of this post, both AAPL and IBM will miss earnings, in horrendous fashion. And, you may lose money.

I have a feeling that bullish Fly followers will get nailed very soon.

As for me, I am exercising caution and selling nonperforming pos to raise my cash reserve.

Oh, you know I will have to go buy those stocks over the post….just in the hopes AAPL misses, lol. But of course they will beat big, but the big question is whether AAPL FINALLY hit that Soros Reflex point, we will see.

Nymph, Soros’s reflexion point referred to bubbles. AAPL ain’t no bubble. It’s a solid money-making machine. So far there’s nothing on the horizon which could derail it. Even Steve J’s time-off. They’ve created several markets, which they can milk for years to come, thus providing steady revenue streams. And at P/E of only 22 it’s far from being another inflated paper.

WTF….When Paul T Jones has AAPL as his second largest holding and making up 20% of the QQQQ, etc…plus every hedge fund manager holding it…it has bubble written all over it imho. Sure looks like a Tulip to me. Competition on Tablets and IPhones can derail it…plus, it is a trendy issue..and like a hot night club, it can be so over, so fast. This bullish “peoples stock” was a can’t miss in 2007 too….the forward p/e has perfection priced in….with their super beats in the past, the bar is just getting higher and higher in peoples minds and that is what Soros focused on.

plus, it doesn’t have to be a bubble, but just a major imbalance of expectation psychology

There ARE no bubbles anymore. The natural state of being is for stocks to move up. The downturn a few years ago was an aberration of the distorted psyche within our government. All is back to normal. Carry on.

Very short video putting Obama’s search for $100 million to cut into perspective. Worth watching. Good visual.
