    Teahouse On The Tracks

    Todays’ OEW Summary:

“Today’s rally into the upper SPX 1070’s took the short term indicator to overbought as expected. This rally should have marked the end of Minor wave 2, and a downward Minor wave 3 should now be underway. Since the market did appear to provide five short term waves down from SPX 1106 to 1042, retesting the 1041 low, to create what we are counting as Minor wave 1. We should keep in mind that SPX 1106, the OEW 1107 pivot, is now an important resistance area medium term. A rally above this pivot would likely gather upside momentum. For now, however, the two day rally from SPX 1042 to 1078 appears to have completed Minor wave 2 of a five Minor wave decline. We would now expect the SPX 1041 low to be taken out in the next few days.”

Just as predicted here today … I called the top within 15 mins.
