A friend of my wife went to get a loan on her house that she thought was worth 750000 and the bank said the house was only worth 560000 and she could not get any more loans on her house. She is now selling her shore home at a large loss to get the money she needs. This is in Newtown Pa. People need to call the bank to see if they are not broke. The banks are not telling the people and the realtors have the prices jacked up.
