Within ag, [[MOS]], [[MON]] and POT look good. Within banks, the U.K. is helping BCS commit fraud, by way of lying about everything. And, within tech, I like small cap crap SPIL, NFLX and NTES.
Your hedge should be short crude, via SCO and short CRE, via SRS or direct sales in ACC and HME.

Bull Magg — I wouldn’t recommend all British comedy per se, but Python is a must if you haven’t indulged.
I would start with the three major movies, then move on to the original teevee (BBC) series, and then grab the live stage movies (ie, “Live at the Hollywood Bowl,” “Secret Policeman’s Other Ball,” etc, etc.).
You are in for a huge treat, I promise.

BM — Grail was their first major film (they actually had one before it that was more a show compilation), but “Life of Brian” is their masterpiece. That’s one you want to see for sure.

The lemmings are being told that the “worst” of the recession is over. A few of the numbers come in LESS HORRIBLE than expected and suddenly we’re off to the races. I predict a small economic bounce thanks to the government throwing the kitchen sink at the recession (plus the insane rate at which we fell)…but within a few months people will realize that even though the rate of decline has moderated, our economy is still in the shitter and won’t be roaring back anytime soon.
Its akin to falling off a cliff, then bouncing off a few jagged rocks on the way down which make you think for a split-second that you’ve hit bottom and are safe. But then the realization hits that you’re still falling and you find that you are indeed STILL FUCKED.
