I pay very close attention. In the eyes of the Russians, we are weak and while we may have the technological superiority, they have home field advantage in terms of logisitics and proximity to troops. Coupled with the fact that Russia lost 20+ Million people in WW2 and the fact that the West can’t stomach the relatively tiny loss of life in Iraq and Afghanistan, they know we don’t have the stomach for a fight. They do and that is why Vlad can pull this crap off.
People want to have it both ways. They say “we are too weak” and then complain about us attacking everyone without a whim.
Here is the unvarnished truth: America is the most dangerous country in the world because it has the most advanced and stocked military, coupled with an industrial-government complex that has become increasingly unstable, aggressive, and belligerent about what they truly want.

That depends on who is in charge…leaving aside the arguments about who is really in charge, Barry is a guy that believes in soft diplomacy and minimal casualties.
