ALL IN AGAIN

We need to bust loose from this FAGBOX.

We’re firing off fucking trades inside Stocklabs. Big concentration in Chinese burritos and software. For 2022, biggest gainers will be, potentially, in Chicoms and biotech — both sectors absolutely ravaged in 2021.

Into the bell, I am 120% long, no hedges, +120bps.

End of Year Chicanery

Volume is off by 40%, so view today as a gift, whereby Junior at the trading turret is permitted to run amok in an otherwise fully hedged account in his attempts to squeeze gamma. I would expect a final salvo in the market tomorrow, one of a profound bullish nature.

On the issue of the country and what to expect in 2022: we were up 28% this year and although small caps did poorly, with healthcare stocks off by 40% and many growth sectors off by a third, we still did quite well.

If forced to guess, I’d barter for a gap down during the first week of January. Best way to avoid a harsh bogging would be to enter 2022 with a large cash position, perhaps a little gold, and hedged. If you had an account worth $100k, then maybe you should consider $30k in TZA to hedge against fuckery.

I’ll try to blog a year in review later on today. For now, just know that the IWM is trading sideways and looking poor. I would not allocate now and would advise you to wait for late afternoon to position for tomorrow. I cleared out most of my positions in the morning and now sit mostly in cash, +90bps.

Markets Hit Record Highs; Small Caps Continue to Suck Wind

These two charts are analogous in many respects and there’s nothing you can do about it

It’s HOOD vs GS and it has always been that way. There will be brief periods of time when the Third Estate thinks they’ll make it — vis a vie “MEME STOCKS” and they’ll feeeeeel really good about themselves and go off on proliferate spending sprees to demonstrate their success. They do this for sex — because carnal desires are the demands of the unwashed — over-sexed, over-medicated, over-margined fucking morons. Now that the dust has settled and you bear witness to your NFTs at zero and BX at record highs, will you look inward?

Of course you won’t — because that would entail admitting to being wrong and if there’s one thing we know about the canaille is Dunning Kreuger runs strong with them.

Did you think Trump was gonna build a wall? Did you think Biden was going to unite America? Do you think Pfizer cares about your health?

A Late Day Rally is All But a Foregone Conclusion

Leveraged long here with an FAZ starter. Banks look worst out of all the sectors, aside from healthcare. But I will not short healthcare because it’s too fucking glitchy.

Truth is, the market needs to head higher now in order to set the groundworks for the opening salvo of the GREAT CRASH OF 2022, starting the first week of January.

Are you ready for the fires?

101% leveraged long, 5% FAZ — +16bps and counting.

Tricky Tape

At 9:30 my TZA looked good. At 10:30 not so much. At 11:30 it looks good again, sort of. I closed out my TZA for a 1% loss, pared off my losers, bought a bunch of retail oriented stocks, and now I wait.

On one hand, market looks good. Lots of consumer names are popping. But on the other, there is a general malaise and weakness in the tape, coupled with end of year weak as shit volume that reeks of desperation.

I want stocks higher only because I own them now. Do stocks deserve to go up is another question.

Breadth is middling at 52% and the best hedges are against biotech and oil. Healthcare stocks have been the single worst sector in 2021, which is ironic.

TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL

I squandered today vis a vie my own hubris and complacency, micro-managing faggot bogged to hell for 230bps. I am now long a sundry of well to do names, none too aggressive, hedged with a 15% position in TZA. I can only get fucked if the IWM rapes to the upside and my well to do names do nothing. At which point I will sell everything and forfeit trading for the balance of 2021 and prepare for the fires to burn bright and hot in 2022.

We can only hope, at this point along the narrative, for BIDEN SLUMS to crop up as the homeless move their sleeping bags to DC for food and shelter. The state of affairs is in fact a lot dimmer than you know and if the government and the Fed permitted free markets to operate on their own — you’d learn this in a most expeditious manner.

My opinions are also meaningless drivel, so understand that when reading them. They are the sum total of my life, filled with betrayals and bouts of anger — unlike many others who sashay the earth like a man only interested in sucking on his jolly rancher. Since I am aware of this I am able to change opinions quickly and my best strength is to adapt, not remain stuck in ideologies. That being said, we can only hope for the worst.

COLLAPSE THE CLOSE!

Do not look at the broader indices cucked by Apple. Look at what the real market is doing today, via Stocklabs.

Pair that with the fact cryptos have collapsed en route to zero and we have ourselves a late year panic — rush to lock in tax losses. We are in fact done for 2021. What is in store for us in 2022 is most likely of the horrible varietal so be ready and STEEL YOURSELVES for the fires to come.

Committed to a Grave Error: Stocks Are Collapsing

My first mistake was thinking all was well. My second mistake was not taking action at the open. I was off 50bps at 9:30am and figured to myself “MEH MAYBE IT’LL RALLY”.

Wrong.

I just extricated myself from my losers, down over 200bps pushing me in the red for December.

In addition, to stem the flow of blood, I hedged via UVXY, SOXS, and TZA.

Can we rally the close?

No. The market is almost certainly toast for the balance of 2021. You should take this time to remember the good days, pre science, and relish the thoughts of when SPACs were wondrous and all one needed to do was to show up to make 10% per day. Now all we have is waste and ruin, a President so retarded he soils himself in front of other leaders, and talks to himself while getting angry at the fact he’s so old and braindead.

Positioned for a Rally into Year End

WE RALLY INTO YEAR END.

Nothing can stop us now.

The world is our oyster and our dicks are going to shuck.

I closed the session with 6.66% cash, heavily weighted in oil and other such things — hell bent on a rally. My next obstacle will be to avoid selling the morning rip.

Small caps were weak today, so expect them to bounce sharply tomorrow.

BUSTING LOOSE?

Let’s review the market.

Small caps: up
Commodities: up
Mega Caps: leading
Semis: leading
COVID stocks: trash
Natty: through the roof

Dare I say, following a month of tumult and uncertainty we are busting loose?

I all but blew today’s trade by remaining in cash, so now I prepare for tomorrow. My only conflict is whether to hedge or not — which I think not since all of the above.
