One More Gambit Before It All Falls Apart

Markets look soft, so I stepped in and bought a REIT that was, previous to today, destined for the trash heap of society.

I bought RAS at around 50 cents, with throw away money — speed chopping carrots with my testicles on the kitchen counter.
