Tim Kaine: Thanks to Trump Jr. Meeting, Russian Investigation Might Now Include Treason Charges

Robert Mueller is going to have his hands full, with all of the new allegations being flung around DC. In light of the Trump Jr. meeting with a lawyer with ‘Russian ties’ (she’s actually Russian), failed VP nominee, Time Kaine, said the Russian investigation might include charges of treason.

Have a listen.

“This is moving into perjury, false statements, and even into potentially treason.”

He added, “To meet with an adversary to try to get information to hijack democracy. The investigation is now more than just obstruction of justice in investigation. It’s more than just a perjury investigation. It’s a treason investigation.”

You’re all going to jail, every single last one of you filthy Trumpster voters.

You Should’ve Bought the Semis Last Week

I highlighted the mean reversion buy signal in Exodus for the semis last week, did I not? It was notable because it was a rare occurrence that had a track record of high certainty.

This is not a victory parade, at least not yet, but a confirmation that the bottom might’ve been planted last week. There is likely more gains to be had, as the momentumfags take over and drive prices higher.

Here is how the oscillator looked last week. Notice the valley? That’s suggestive of a sector being oversold.

NVDA is the poster child for all semis.

I’d look for a respite and pause in this rally later on this week. You might even get a down day, or two. Barring an unforeseen geo-political event, these stocks look to be heading higher.

Report: The Leader of ISIS is Dead

On June 16, 2017, there were reports that the evil Russians might’ve killed the leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi. Today, it appears that those reports were in fact correct.

“[We have] confirmed information from leaders, including one of the first rank, in the Islamic State in the eastern countryside of Deir al-Zor,” the director of the British-based war monitoring group Rami Abdulrahman told Reuters.

Al Sumaria said ISIS on Tuesday “announced in a very brief statement” that Baghdadi was dead and “talked about the announcement” of a successor. The Al Sumaria source also spoke of an internal coup brewing within ISIS, with hardcore Baghdadi supporters being arrested.

Whether the reports are true or not is almost immaterial. Over the past 6 months, we’ve seen a significant deterioration in the virility of ISIS. They are, without question, on the road to perdition. Now we need a new enemy to justify our fucking existence in that god forsaken hell hole.

Hey, I got one. How about Assad? By meddling in their affairs, we can acquire three new enemies: Syria, Russia and Iran. This should provide the neocons with at least another decade of dead American soldiers, trillions of dollars in excess defense spending, and millions of lives lost to the ravages of war.

NEOCONS WIN: Russia to Expel 30 US Diplomats, Seize Assets

Well, it appears the much wanted detente with Russia is going down the drain — as US policy makers and the “IC” have weaseled their way into a confrontation with Russia — escalated to the point that they’re now set to expel 30 American diplomats and seize assets. This is in retaliation to President Obama’s actions when he expelled 35 diplomats, seized a few compounds, and called it a day, post election meddling.

“There is a preliminary agreement on holding a meeting between Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergey Ryabkov and US Under Secretary of State Thomas Shannon in St. Petersburg. If the compromise is not found there, we will have to take such measures,” a source in the Russian Foreign Ministry told the Izvestiya newspaper.

Izvestiya also cited Andrey Klimov, a senator in the upper house of Russia’s parliament, who said that “Russia had already waited more than six months for the Trump administration to improve the relationship between the two countries” and was now forced to strike back.

“We are forced to draw a line and answer in a similar way,” Klimov told Izvestiya. “These moves are not meant as our attempts to show our negative attitudes toward the Trump administration but rather as evidence of the fact that Russia is a strong nation that deserves respectable treatment.”

I can’t wait for the next step in this journey towards conflagration. To think, if only John Podesta could’ve used a tougher email passsword, none of this would be happening now.

The Left Turns on Macron, Comments on Africa Has Caused Many to Label Him a Racist, White Supremacist

This is rich. The hits keep coming. I am living in an era of perpetual lolz. While some of you might take these things seriously, I choose to sit back, smoke a good cigar, and blow smoke into the wind — as the world burns.

Here’s Macron, the hero of the left, slayer of the evil Le Pen, saying Africa is, essentially, a fucking shit hole (news flash: it is).

Translation:

Pardon me, but my French is a little rusty. I believe he said Africa’s problems are ‘civilizational’, pointing out that having 7-8 kids will, eventually, blow up in your faces.

SURPRISE

GOOD GOD!

The entire fucking continent of Africa should be chastised for their disgraceful civilizations. It is not racist to point out the reasons why the people of Africa are suffering — it is necessary. How else do you imagine the people of Africa will escape their hell hole? Aside from fleeing to Europe, at some point along their treacherous narrative, they’ll need to figure out how to fix their problems.

I get how being colonized and fucked with by France, The Netherlands, Spain and England have hurt their development. Then again, all nations that lived under the British crown have thrived. Case in point: Hong Kong, America, India, S. Africa etc.

This comes after the left went apeshit over Trump’s speech in Poland, decrying the President as a white supremacist — because he referenced symphonies and the dominance of the west and how it was important to both cherish and defend.

Two clips for you on this topic, one by Gutfeld, a person that I usually despise. However, his monolog here was masterful. Superb prose.

The other by Tucker Carlson, who asks “has the left abandoned western culture?”

I don’t think most people who vote democrat are ‘the left’, if you know what I mean. Most people just want to drink a bottle of red, eat a good pizza, and see a movie. Often times, it’s the ideologues in the media who make cartoons of us all. I bet some of you believe that I am, in fact, an idealogue. Believe me, nothing could be further from the truth. I just like chaos. Plus, I like to push back against all forms of extremism with my own brand of extremism.

After all, we do not negotiate with terrorists.

Like…literally.

Ever So Quietly, Morgan Stanley is Becoming America’s Greatest Investment Bank, Surpassing Goldman

While everyone on Main street demonizes Goldman for doing God’s work, the greedy goblins from Morgan Stanley are, ever so quietly, outperforming Goldman at every turn — reducing them to a second rate investment bank.

Last quarter, Morgan’s bond desk beat out Goldman’s for the first time in six years — likely a result of inferior recruiting at the world’s ‘best’ investment bank. Over at the equities desk, Goldman posted a billion less in revenues than Morgan last year — the largest difference since 2013.

Operationally, both firms are struggling — one more than the other, however.

Ahead of earnings next week, Goldman is expected to show a trading desk decline of 16% to Morgan Stanley’s -4%.

Year to date, MS is crushing GS, +9.7% for the year, compared to Goldman’s -5.2%. Perhaps the brain drain to the Trump administration is taking a toll?

Either way, the two firms’ market caps are about to converge, with Goldman’s at 91 billion and Morgan’s approaching 85 billion.

During the last slump in financials, circa 2011, Goldman’s market cap bottomed out at $44b, about twice as large as Morgan’s. Since then, the craven misanthropes from Morgan have been busy little bees, catching up to their historical arch nemesis.

You’re almost there lads.

Look how horrible Goldman’s performance has been. Literally, everyone is laughing at their stock and income statement. Everyone.

GOVERNOR CHRISTIE AUDITIONS FOR RADIO SPOT: How’d He Do?

Fucking communists from Montclair!

Anyone from NJ knows that people from Montclair are the very worst brand of people on the face of the earth. They cavort around their decadent nests naked, always perusing filthy pornography, eating the most decadent of chocolate cakes available.

Here is Chris Christie auditioning for a WFAN slot, correctly handling a Stalinist from Montclair who called him a ‘fat ass.’

“Governor, next time you want to sit on a beach that is closed to the entire world except you, you put your fat ass in a car and go to one that’s open to all your constituents,” Mike said.

“Interesting, Mike,” Christie said.

“What’s that, Gov?!” Mike fired back.

“You know, Mike,” Christie said. “I love getting calls from communists in Montclair.”

“You’re a bully, Governor!” Mike said. “And I don’t like bullies!”

“You’re swearing on the air, Mike. You’re a bum!” Christie said to his constituent.

Face It Reader Class, “The Fly” is Just Better Than You

You get a D+ for flaccid effort.

I’ve been traversing these woods for the better half of the past decade. Over the years, many of you have come and gone. Some of you left when you thought I turned into Sean Hannity this past election cycle. A great many of you were decimated over the years — because you got greedy, risked too much, and then went back to punching clocks — unable to read my missives. But while all of that transpired, “The Fly” pressed on — persevering through difficult times of great apocalypse, coming out the other side a better man.

I stand before you today, reader class, at the very top of my game.

My undying quest has been, and always will be, to find a way to invest more efficiently, profitably, and most importantly with decorum. After all, what good is making money if it is being made by a savage animal?

Back to Exodus.

I’ve unlocked the true power of the software this past year. You might’ve missed out on this development, in between all of my screaming and RARE PEPE art expositions, graciously hosted here. The need for non-systematic, or stock monkey management, is over for me. I’ve developed a way, thanks to Exodus, to invest quantitatively — guided by rules that I’ve assigned beforehand. My next step with the software will be to transform it into a full blown quant, where users can create their own strategies without having to know the math or code that goes with building one. For me, this is the endgame. I know it in my bones — it will transform a great many of you craven nihilists into vibrant young men of society — beset with enough money to live an enjoyable life.

Today, both the Dow and SPY were nearly unch. But large cap tech outperformed. Luckily, or might I say presciently, I was positioned long mega cap tech into the meltup.

Face it already, you fucking faggots, “The Fly” is better than you.

Cashin: Markets to Remain Quiet Until Yellen’s Testimony

Will the Fed continue to hike interest rates? Perhaps they should, seeing how the market doesn’t seem to care. Sure, there are millions of people who will be affected by a higher floating rate, from homes to cars to student loans — but those are poor/middle class people, chaff, the proverbial chum in the bucket. They aren’t really worth anything, both metaphorically and figuratively, especially with drones taking their place on the battlefield. Once we can figure out how to win elections without their help, then the country can finally rid themselves of this ‘working class.’

That would be AFTER we can figure out how to build stuff without them. Hitherto, we need them to construct our monuments. Then again, there are millions of young Mexicans and Africans who’d gladly do your job for a fraction of the expense.

So many ways to win. Are you tired of winning yey?

Grandma Yellen testifies in front of the House Financial Services Committee this Wednesday — a grande nothingburger. But Cashin is alerted!

It’s a strong day for basic materials and tech. Retail is getting hammered and everything else is milquetoasty.

Needham Raises Price Target for $NVDA to $200 — Cites Lucrative Toyota Deal as Catalyst

I am so biased against NVDA, it’s ridiculous. However, I know the reasons why I hate the stock is purely emotional and irrational. Because the stock went up and I didn’t play it, or profit from its ascension, I dislike it. This is childish thinking and I am fully aware of my limitations — due to a very harsh upbringing inside of the sewers of Brooklyn, NY.

Nevertheless, since my investments are systematic and my feelings are nothing more than a formality when it comes to where my money goes, I happen to be long NVDA, and other mega cap tech, at this very moment in time. In other words, as you read this article, filled with the insecurities and random chaotic thoughts from some crazed anonymous misanthrope, who quit his 7 fig Wall Street gig to blog all day about RARE PEPE art, I am long NVDA.

Needham agrees. It’s a good idea to be long.

NVIDIA target raised to $200 at Needham — Toyota deal alone could generate $1-1.7B of incremental sales (146.77)
Needham raises their NVDA tgt to $200 from $130 owing to their higher conviction that the Toyota (TM)-NVDA announcement will generate meaningful revenue over the next 24 months. Their meetings with Toyota confirm that it has aggressive plans to deploy Level 2 Advanced systems in mass market in the U.S. and Japan over the next 2.5 years. All of these systems will be on NVDA’s Drive PX Xavier platform. From this deal alone, assuming ASPs of $200, they calculate $1-1.7B of incremental sales, or $0.35-0.65 EPS. If they think about what the model would look like in CY19/CY20, they calculate earnings power of $5-6, and thus they believe shares should be valued at 40x P/E (currently valued at 37x).

My allocation was triggered because mega-cap stocks outperformed last week. As such, today I am long a sundry of mega cap companies who possess excellent free cash flow. My investments are geared by both technicals and fundamentals — the way the Gods intended.
