NATURE’S WRATH DESCENDS UPON TURKS AND CAICOS; 20 FOOT STORM SURGE EXPECTED

UPDATE:

I once vacationed in Turks and Caicos for a week. It was the most delightful beach vacation I’ve ever had. I even got to smuggle in some Cuban cigars through it’s makeshift airport.

Now all of that is about to end, as nature descends upon the British commonwealth, laying waste to a once glorious locale for America’s one percenters. Hurricane Irma is entering Grand Turks now a category 5 hurricane, sustaining winds of 165mph.

Here’s a live cam from the Ocean Club Resort — a real shitty and grainy feed.

As an aside, this review speaks volumes about the panic taking place in Turks now.

The Governor of Turks and Caicos tells residents to ‘stay put and hunker down’. There’s no place to go.

Yea, me too. Those beaches have been through this before. Probably about a half billion years ago there were slime. Oh wait….

Precisely, and they are part of Florida and Texas too. Always been part, at least for a million years. What kills people is ignorance, stupidity and greed.

Everybody knows working in a high rise is dangerous for fire. Yet 1000’s did it at WTC…look what happened as they lost their lives from your “ignorance, stupidity and greed”.

Harvey wasn’t Houston’s first hurricane. Katrina wasn’t New Orleans first Hurricane. Irma was BarbUda or Turks or Caico’s first hurricane.

Are you are really so ignorant that you don’t or can’t understand the difference between a direct hit of a Category 4 or 5 Hurricane and being on the border of a Cat 3 one? Educate yourself – it’s not that hard.

The locals in Turks are great. Feel bad for them. Too bad it doesn’t plow down Haiti instead

Gotta love the stock trading leeches of the financial system who think they know more about science than Hawking and Degrasse-Tyson. Yea, climate change isn’t real. To hell with scientific data and the biggest storms ever recorded, just as the scientists predicted.

Heard from a guy at the US embassy in Puerto Rico the St Marteen has turned into a war zone. Looting and robber is rampant and things are very, very bad.
    His words…Mogadishu bad.
