That was a shitty close. For what it’s worth, the dollar getting gimp’d to the tune of 0.90% v the euro today was a major plus factor. Both oil and gold rallied, and even bonds held up. Nevertheless, stocks did not outperform this week, so that’s that.
I added to both TLT and GLD and look forward to a long weekend of debauchery and wayward drinking. What do folks like you do on the weekends? I imagine your housing tenements affords you with some light entertainment, such as bingo or hallway pizza parties?

I’ve always wondered myself. The older active people I’ve met seem to be more “with it” than the TV dinner couch taters. Although that seems like common sense…. my neighbor is in his 90’s. Walks every day, still works a few hours a week. I went to grab one of his landscaping bags he was pulling down to the street one night. He had a ton of them and it was getting late. He basically looked at me like I was a fucking moron for thinking he needed help. Ha. He’s a pretty awesome guy.
