I noted in Exodus that $SVXY has been TechOS for the past 3 days; you just know that when people stop pissing themselves there will be a massive vol crush.

Might take a week or longer to unwind all the VXX position. We had quite a massive run up based on “hope”. Trump / Congress is the only one who can stop the stock market from crashing, and I don’t think it is very high on his list of priorities based on his comments. In fact he doesn’t even mention it nor does he probably even have a clue why it jumped when he got elected.

However if it does bomb its not his fault – only 45 of the 500 S&P stocks have a decent Price to Free Cash flow level (a real indicator of stability obviously subtracting financials), which he inhereited from the 10 trillion dollar man. And guess the biggest one is by far – Walmart. Yes that crappy retailer, which is worth half as much as AMZN let’s build a rocket to space each year with 1 billion dollars which has a high chance of exploding somewhere down the line. Good luck trying to pull 1 billion dollars out once that first rocket blows up dude. Second you’re really not even interested in your core business but some type of PKD novel plot? Really dude? For crying out loud the one Walmart kid couldn’t even build a damn airplane that didn’t get himself killed. Another big one is Ford. And I’ll tell you right now Ford is the stock to buy. 5 years from now you’ll be kicking yourself for not buying it at these prices.

Not to mention pretty much all news is bad. Europe sucks. War is the big headline. Debt Ceiling. And We have Banks bragging about loaning more money out in an environment where we are seeing more defaults.

Other decent names – TSN – fast food king, DAL, UAL, (people need to fly and they don’t have many choices left) (A lot of retailers (mainly the best in class (price power) and ones with no competition believe it or not because their margins are actually huge even with deep discounts), and HP. Stocks can only outpace the real economy for so long – and in a 2 percent growth arena for 8 years with a mega strong dollar, along with all the debt created trying to save something not worth saving is going to really trash the market is grounds possibly years of crap returns.

Honorable mention – not one single high flying Nasdaq company made the list. Thats right all the crap that has been dumped in the garbage bin is now best of breed.
