Ah, the “safe zone” discussion again. This is akin to promoting the illusion of efficacy with a visit from the “UN Inspections Team.” The safe zone concept allows politicians to maintain the facade of agency without actually doing anything to address/fix the problem. They are impossible to create and enforce without military intervention, full stop. So either a foreign military invades to establish a safe zone – a military perimeter – or the conversation is dead on arrival.
Looks like Alex Jones is positive on this strike too. I can see the power flex to deter other nations but at the same time why do we have to be the worlds police.
