Rigged. My ballots are safely locked in the ballot container where they were placed at the close of the polls November8th. I can supply you with the seal number if you would like.
The electronic cartridge matching those ballots is turned into the county clerk where it’s contents are downloaded to the state in my presence.
There is no possibility of tampering with the cartridge or a state content at the local level.
The only fraud that may occur is from clerks not doing their job concerning verification of valid voters. Chiefly in absentee voting situations.

1.How do you know absentee ballots aren’t counted? According to everyone, even republicans overseeing the voting, they’re counted.
2. They have to be thrown out. If it’s not clear, nobody but you is allowed to clarify what you meant to put down. If you can’t put it down clearly so it gets counted, you’re an idiot.
3. Having written software before, i’ll say this. It’s a set of instructions a computer follows exactly. “Rigging” would be pretty complex, software would have to be disassembled and reverse engineered. Not a fast process.
Whatever the results of the investigation it will be spun one way or the other. Facts donĀ“t matter anymore as long as you can present alternative facts, that are then amplified by some partisan bloggers. It has all become a blurr.
