Obama Vows to Exact Revenge Against Russia for Unsubstantiated Russian Hacking Claims

Those who deny the assertions put forth by the Washington Post, citing unnamed and nefarious CIA sources, regarding Russian intervention in the US elections, are being labeled as traitors. Conservatives view all of the Russian hysteria business as the final stage of grief being played out in public, by a completely broken and mentally addled globalist movement left in shambles.

The media is attempting to up the rhetoric by moving past the discovery phase of the investigation, without ever having to actually prove that Russia meddled with the elections, in order to attempt to implicate the GOP and of course Donald Trump. Nevermind the fact that Julian Assange plainly stated today that Wikileaks did not receive the data from any state source, and certainly not Russia. Democrats are only capable of believing what they want to believe, which is that Russia helped Trump win. How else could they grasp the reality that America turned on them and their degradative policies that seek to annihilate the middle class?

In an NPR interview today, President Obama promised revenge against Putin for his meddling. Note that this is extremely uncouth and unseemly — especially since he is a lame duck President. To start a conflagration before the next President takes office is nothing less than a slap in the face to Trump.

“I think there is no doubt that when any foreign government tries to impact the integrity of our elections that we need to take action and we will at a time and place of our own choosing,” Obama told National Public Radio.

Describing potential countermeasures by the US, the President said “some of it may be explicit and publicized; some of it may not be.”
He said he directly confronted Russian President Vladimir Putin about a potential US response, and said his counterpart acknowledged his stance.
“Mr. Putin is well aware of my feelings about this, because I spoke to him directly about it,” Obama said.

Obama and Putin conferred on the sidelines of the G20 meeting in China in September. Afterwards, Obama told reporters he raised cybersecurity with the Russian leader.

Intelligence agencies in October pinned blame on Russia for election-related hacking. At the time, the White House vowed a “proportional response” to the cyberactivity, though declined to preview what that response might entail.

Officials have said US actions against Russia may not be revealed publicly.

Speaking Thursday at the White House, Press Secretary Josh Earnest declined to say whether the US had already begun its response to Moscow’s actions.
“The President determined once the intelligence community had reached this assessment that a proportional response was appropriate,” Earnest said. “At this point, I don’t have anything to say about whether or not that response has been carried out.”

Enter Keith Olbermann, the liberal elite left personified. They have no interest in democracy.

I am a firm believer in the fact that we need to be friends with Russia, more so now than ever. Not only are they sitting on the largest amount of untapped resources, and they have the largest to gain on economic growth potential, but their cultures and people are almost mimic that of America. They are a largely diverse population and economy…. We are as a people made for each other…They are really not our enemy, nor our competitor, they are the big inbetween waiting for this opportunity, Europe is too late, Eastern block is too broke up, India is still in chaos, South America is still in the 50’s Africa is still Africa and Australia is taking crumbs from Asia pacific…. the only possible competition is AP and half of them hate half the other and are all just coming out of the 50’s – if we are going to shape the future an ally like Russia will define the next 500 years!!

500 years!! Putin was in the KGB. USSR collapsed and a few crooks and politicians took over the entire country. We are his sworn enemy. Russia is a shit country that has a massive population of people living in poverty. They lack in education, healthcare. Everything embarrassing about our poverty levels when compared to GDP per capita is exponentially worse in Russia. They were never a military threat after Khrushchev but an ideological one. Nobody from a third world country moves to Russia gets rich and buys a big house big car. Communism is done. Russia is just another shit European country run by Putin’s mafia that does not realize it is USA that is destined to rule the world or blow it up not them. What the hell are all these Russians doing in Brooklyn if Russia is so great? The only thing we have in common with Russia is an increasingly plutocratic government.

@peaches, ur thoughts & feelings have fallen prey to the massive public brainwashing program, free for all citizens of any country from birth to the grave, and in the process your creation-given innermost has been usurped by nationalistic memes and the truth has been buried under piles of obfuscating rubbish.

@goose, couldn’t agree more. Well put.

Maybe it’s time for Juice and Goose to open a history book. Cultures mimic ours? You mean the part about democratic institutions, religious freedoms, free-market economy, free press, etc? You fuckin’ kidding me?

Apply that same logic to Islam and Shariah Law, genius.

Infinitezuul, at first I didn’t follow what you are saying. But then I realized that you may be watching fake news that said that Obama and Hillary want to bring Shariah Law to the U.S. Is that it?

        Or something else?

Peaches, I totally agree with what you just said above.

Intricate discussion is not needed to know the Mo is to cultivate larger themes. Weaving elements together, creating possible truths. The clouding the narrative motive itself undermines credibility

I have heard from trusted sources that the shadow government has the goods on Obama, hence his transformation for Nobel Peace Prize winner to stooge for the globalist shadow government.

And by the goods, evidence in the form used for blackmailing any and all who can be used for nefarious purposes by the illuminati, hidden hand, secret masters, etc. since time immemorial.

I have always believed that Obama et al fought so hard for Hillary because as someone with plenty of secrets herself, she was destined to keep theirs. Trump, not so much. I can’t wait to see his revelations.

Trump had campaign staff including campaign manager Manafort, a pro-Russian consultant, traveling back and forth to Russia during campaign. What were they doing there? Same time Trump and new NSC appointee Monica Crowley are calling for Putin to hack Clinton. In June Crowley said, “I guess Putin is going to have to do it. RT “State Dept Won’t Release Clinton Fdn Emails for 27 Months”. Plus he is surrounding himself with staff that are cozy to Russia. Nothing suspicious there? Maybe if the word “pizza” was in the quote cuckpots would take it seriously.

Russia hacked the DNC and others supporting HRC to help Trump. 17 intelligence agencies agree on this. That’s substantiation. Did Trump know the specifics. Doubt it. Did it make a difference in the election? Who knows. But the election is over. The evidence will be published eventually and Americans can draw their own conclusions. Irony is that Obama didn’t want to release it because he thought Trump supporters would claim foul and figured Trump would lose election. Ooops.

Trump could have defused this whole thing by simply saying that congress should investigate the claim. He had nothing to lose unless there’s a video of him reading hacked emails. There can be no definitive proof that election turned on the hacking. But instead, as usual, he lashes out and makes himself look guilty.

You, quite literally, have no real understanding of what you are talking about.

Russia hacked the DNC? You have no proof of that. Zero. You are simply believing what you want to believe, like a child.

And, even if Russia did hack the DNC, is such transparency into the corruption of supposed leaders a bad thing? No, it’s in the public interest to know when public officials are not acting in our interest.

I choose to believe the consensus of 17 intelligence agencies. You are free to not believe.

I’m not arguing about the content of the emails. I’m not arguing that Trump wasn’t fairly elected. I’m arguing that a sovereign nation can’t tolerate the hacking of a political party or candidate by a foreign state. You are OK with that in principle?

I am curious if you are unaware that it was just one guy who said that he believed Russia was behind it and that one guy represents these 17 agencies, or if you are aware and are simply another dishonest Hillary loyalist.

Are you aware of that? 17 agencies did not separately look into this matter. In fact, there is no evidence that even one did. James Clapper said it. Did he have a political motive? Of course he did. Obama has politicized every facet of government. Don’t be naive.

Regarding your silly question of principle, I will do you one better, in terms of principle. I am for anything that produces information that is in the public’s interest. I am for informing the public of relevant information. Are you not?

Your arguments are weak, ill-informed, and categorically irrelevant to adult conversation.

That one guy happens to be the Director of National Intelligence. Check the guy’s resume on Wikipedia or you can remain ignorant. Doesn’t strike me as a political lackey.

You clearly are not for informing the public of relevant info. Are you clamoring for Assange to publish the documents he has on Trump and the RNC? Are you pushing for a bi-partisan investigation into the hacking to see who was involved and who knew what? Didn’t think so. You are just full of shit and intellectually incapable of debating me on any issue.

TC, most people here consume fake news and believe tons of lies, and also believe that all Democrats, and everyone else not rabidly pro Trump, is stupid, evil, and weak. This is drummed into them by fake news constantly. You can’t have rational logical discussions with people who are under the delusion that everyone who disagrees with them is stupid, evil, and weak. It just can’t work.

Extreme fear and rage shuts down the logical centers of the brain.

People will have to find out for themselves what Trump will be like as president. Let’s hope he is better than what his cabinet looks like he will be.

I don’t agree with the conclusion of the article though. Although I think some of Trump’s supporters will stick by him, even if he starts Nuclear WWIII, AKA the War of the Small Hands, I think a significant number of them would wake up from their trance if he does that, or something else very disastrous.

          Trump’s Ungovernment
His appointments are wrecking balls and swamp creatures, and his supporters won’t care. This is what white populism looks like.

Obama said he learns everything from the nightly news. It was an obvious lie to cover up the fact he knew about her illegal server while she was in the State Dept, but relevant here.

He has more info, and he has reason to lie. And lie he does.
