Makes no sense to send them back individually. Why not work out with the service providers to have the devices brought back to stores (Verizon wireless, AT&T, etc) and then packaged properly and sent ack in bulk? Individual fire proof boxes and individual shipping costs is only adding to their financial burden. Also increases the hassle for their consumers.
