For those of us who’ve already made up our minds, the debate was an exercise in futility. With our confirmation bias going strong, barring some sort of debacle, there was nothing either Trump or Hillary could say to sway our opinions. Regarding the content of the debate, I think both Trump and Clinton made some good attacks, with the better ones coming from Trump.
But, considering all of the drama that has been circulating the internets regarding Clinton’s health and her coughing and apparent seizures, I think she won today’s debate, simply by not dying. I fully expected her to either seize up and get carted off in a wheeled chair, or die in an apoplectic fit. Neither of that happened, fortunately, which tips the Clinton camp over the line towards debate winship.
A big shout out to the Clinton medical support team for properly concocting the medicinal cocktails that kept their candidate both lucid and effectively conscious throughout the duration of the 90 minute melee.

NOTE: Everyone will have an opinion on what should’ve been said and how one of them missed a good attack. Debates are fluid and hindsight is 20/20. My only question is, why the fuck wasn’t the topic of the Clinton Foundation mentioned during tonight’s debate, but Holt felt it necessary to press the all important birther issue topic?
It’s worth noting that my polls are typically 70% pro-Trump. When asked about who won the debate, it was evenly split tonight.

I agree Dr. Fly – it is amazing the Clinton Foundation wasn’t brought up. Another missed opportunity for Trump was the apparent issue of Hillary being broke when she left the white House and now having a net worth of something in the neighborhood of $130 million.
