The Markets Looked into the Abyss, And Just Didn’t Care

We were supposed to close down 1,000 points; but the market traded up a little.

It was a fucked week for commodities, REITs, utilities and good for banks, hospitals and semis. It’s rather fitting to see the best sector (REITs) and the safest (UTES) get ravaged this week, as the destructive forces of this insidious tape moves from one area of the market to the next–leveling everything in its wake.

Social media had a good week too, buoyed by AWAY and FB.

My SHAK position disappointed me today, closed down a point. I honestly believed those numbers warranted a much higher price today. You get what you get and you don’t bitch about the outcome. Some of you need to good old fashioned Irish discipline.

I was flat for the day, but up more than 10% since last month’s lows. My largest position is COST, by a factor of 2, followed by SHAK, CNC, PAH, AAPL and JAZZ.

For those of you on the fence about joining Exodus, just know that my portfolio is listed there with real time alerts for my buys/sales. My brain is superior to everyone that you follow on Twitter and talk to in real life. iBankCoin is an imperial power amidst a sea of rabble rousing catamites. I’ve Got The World On A String

I’ve got the world on a string …
    I’m sitting on a rainbow …
Got the string around my finger …
    What a world, what a life …

Life is a beautiful thing …
As long as I hold the string …
    I’d be a silly so-and-so …
If I should ever let it go …

I’ve got the world on a string …
    I’m sitting on a rainbow …
Got the string around my finger …
    What a world …

    Man this is LIFE !!!

The time for a Trump post has come. Senor Fly. Watching Keith and Bill bitch about Trump on Real Time was a game changer. These fucking liberals have no clue about what is really happening out there in fly over country. The bubble is so thin. About to burst. “So our kids can breathe.” Ibankcoin can front run this.

Perhaps Mr Market peered under the skin of the jobs report and found no supporting muscle below it. I know in my line of work, the last statement in the copy/paste from IBD shown here is absolutely true. There are millions of people out there “looking for work” but they have no skill set. In order for our economy to truly rebound, this must change. Else……..it ain’t gonna happen.

From IBD….”Labor-force participation, meanwhile, shows no improvement. The number of those over the age of 18 who are working or looking for work remains at a 35-year low, and participation has fallen most for younger workers between 18 and 30.

How can it be that more jobs mean fewer Americans in the jobs market? One answer is that employers are having a devil of a time finding workers with the useful skills that businesses need. That’s an indictment of our schools and colleges and the tens of billions of dollars we spend on myriad government-financed job-training programs.

America needs nurses, welders, truck drivers, electricians, mechanics, engineers, carpenters and accountants. Where are they?”

Dude have you looked at the home builders. The hospitals. The trucking. Stocks that is? They are all trading like we are in a depression. Believe the propaganda much? What kind of special outer space “education” does one need to do any of those fucking jobs? Mechanics and electricians? Wtf are talking about? Accountants take the cake.
