SURPRISE: CHINA CUTS RATES BY 25BPS; ALL PANDEMONIUM BUSTS LOOSE

In a very surprise move, the Chinese central bank cut interest rates by 25 bps. The result: European markets have increased their gains, with the DAX up more than 3%.

Our NASDAQ futs are up more than 120.
