I am very sorry if you’re a cubs fan tonight. Let’s be clear, you were humuliated by an underdog team, arrested by a certain Daniel Murphy, who single handedly crushed your faces in.
Mr. Murphy set a MLB record by hitting a homerun in 6 straight games. Despite only willing 90 games in the regular season, the Mets are, by far, the best team in the National League.
They aren’t the best because they have the best stats, the coolest players, or the gnarliest beards. They are the best because they wanted it most, and because I said so.
I haven’t been interested in baseball since the NY Mets collapse of 2008. Consider me a fair weather fan. “The Fly” doesn’t have time for losers. But now that the Mets are winning again, I shall call upon ancient spirits (extra mum-rah) to assault and annihilate whichever half-tarded AL team that is presented before the feet of deGrom, Wright, Cespedes and Familia.
Let’s go Mets, your future MLB world series champs.

As a Cubs fan I am happy for you. I know you were a big fan a few years back. They deserve the win and will take it all IMO. I told everyone we don’t want to face them

You know, it didn’t hit me earlier, but Ackman got fucked by his very own tactics…used against him. Hubris, it’s always a danger.
Yep, herbal life, but with an Enron twist. Who owns what? And how come we didn’t know this before? I was looking at this as a trade but chickened out. Long or short u could get screwed . On the lighter side ackman is getting a taste of his own medicine.. literally
The Mets are most certainly not an underdog team. They have had the best rotation in the playoffs since the playoffs started and their lineup has been crushing the ball since August. Cespedes was the best hitter by far in the second half. I really like the Mets team and might root for them to win it all, but just have to say they are not underdogs. They were and are the best team in the playoffs.
