Actually, that is bullish. Live in Cuba for about 5 months low key and all, during winter. Then live in Cape Breton for 7 months low key and basically disappear at a very reasonable price. Spain was cheap but not now.
Cuba’s infrastructure sux. It will take years if not decades to make Cuba a marginal tourist destination.
