I did indeud take a ‘power nap’ and I feel great. Apparently, the cleaning ladies dusted all around me when I was asleep. You could have detonated a grenade in the room next to me and I’d sleep through it. Looking at the charts, it appears I missed out on some grief and some buy the dip moments. Let’s face it, these are the moments we relish. We only realize it in hindsight–mostly because we’re too afraid to put ourselves out on a limb.
Bear in mind, when I say “we” I mean it in the royal sense, as I am nothing like you (lolz). I’ve never been afraid to lose money and I sometimes dare mother market to do her worst, which she certainly did back in April and May of this year.
Reversals abound. You know the stocks that I like–but it’s somewhat meaningless when in a state of oversold. Everything will go higher, led by the stocks that dropped the most.
Stay long chinese burritos. Buy some TLT as a hedge and prepare to enjoy the upward slope.

I feel like the stock market would best be anthoropomorphized by David Spade or Dave Foley, in their most snarky sarcastic manner. “Oh, look at me, I’m RALLYING, see me RALLY? Oh, you’re missing the opportunity, see that? I’m just monotonically going up, for months on end, good news, bad news, doesn’t matter to me, it’s all the same. Oh, you finally want to give me your money again? GOT YOU! GOT YOU AGAIN! Down 300 points! I was just waiting for YOU so I could troll YOU again, ha ha!

I’m currently long LEJU and short TSLA @ $236. The momentum stocks took an asswhooping today, except Tesla and Linkden. As fly said before, a lot of them are broken after the April. I don’t like the weakness in Small Caps, as they are leaders of a Bull market, and the Russell has been diverging from the other indices since post July 4th. The double top is still in play.

I think there is a good chance markets will go lower very soon. Everyone and their mom has been afraid of buying this market and has been missing out. That has made people very uncomfortable, even as this market rallies. One little sign that there are no dip buyers and panis will insue.
I think we see a bounce in SPX to 1950ish then a flush down. Supports at 1900ish, 1880ish, 1850.

We bounce this week. Too oversold not to. NYMO only gets this oversold a few times every couple of years. That or crash. I wouldn’t bet on the latter though.
Chinese can’t borrow anymore using commodities since the scandel and EU looking at deflation problems makes the commodity sector look like garbage. Plus, a lot of Oil Russian Speculators hurting. All of this stupid Five Year Bubble has been fueled by this aided with Central Bank Action. Once the Mega rich start to get hurt with these commodity plays, they will want their money back and the house of cards we have created collapses…Bubbles always Pop.

Probably. RUT has already corrected almost 10%. COMP is holding up relatively nicely. DJI is mostly defensive type stocks right? Out of the big three they have the most damage, while the more speculative COMP has less… lots of companies have had good earnings. Might consider going long again Monday at least tech or solar.
Just kidding gonna use tomorrow’s bounce to get some PCLN and maybe CMG puts.
