    For crying out loud, anyone watching the biotechs could see the dip was being bought. ATOS will recover. Look at CSIQ last year after it announced its secondary; stock fell the day after and has been spiraling upward since.

      Yes, I know CSIQ is solar, but I am making a point that secondaries are not necessarily going to drag a stock down for long.
