Waiting For More Blood

I’ve been 15% cash since last week. The lot of you tend to forget about my fixation with keeping reserves. I keep them for moments like this, only far worse.

According to the magical arts of The PPT, we are not oversold yet. As a matter of fact, several inverse ETFs were flagging OS just two days ago. The prophecies are playing out exactly as intended. I will delve back in, mind you, when the time is sublime.

As for now, I am cornered inside of my home office, as a crew of 20 illegal Mexicans plaster and sand my walls, readying for a good 2 coats of Benjamin Moore (Regal) paint. They are playing the mariachi downstairs and I want to kill several of them and plant them next to my sprinklers.

Starting today, I am going to start penning a “What The PPT is Saying Today” post, inside the hallowed confines, to help guide members through the labyrinth and show them the light.

Be well and fuck off.

Good day.

Fly whats up with all the Alex Jones videos. Are they tongue in cheek or do you take the man semi-serious?

I would think someone of your intellect and stature would look down upon a deranged peasant such as Alex Jones.

    • it's just entertaining
      it's just entertaining

Alex Jones loves to sensationalize. During Y2k he was talking about nuclear meltdowns and powerplans that regularly had the occasional mandatory shutdown for maintenance or whatever but during Y2K he hyped up ANY particular powerplant issue anywhere in the entire world as a red alert and evidence the world was ending. The facts are often legit, he just doesn’t always put them in the right contexts (or that’s exactly what he does, for the purpose of entertainment and fear mongering and ratings, depending on your point of view.)

But I don’t know how anyone can say he and Jessie Ventura aren’t entertaining. If it was a sci-fi movie and this stuff was happening, it would be awesome. But since it’s real and made to look like it’s real with minor details blown out of proportion and he has been wrong in the past, people make him out to be the US version of the Iraqi (dis)information minister instead of just enjoying the entertainment and/or checking both the facts and the details behind the facts for themselves. Maybe he is,but if you are looking at him as the SOLE source of news, you are missing the boat! He is “alternative news” for a reason. He freaks out about the unreported stuff as if there’s a reason that information has been hid, every instance of special interest group involvement is all some giant conspiracy, and every meeting between international interest is intended for global domination. LOL, it’s awesome! Not real, but convincing enough to be an awesome movie, that just happens to be ongoing.

Lol I agree with what you said. I live in Austin so I see people with alex jones bumper stickers or meet people who take him for gospel. He is absolutely insane though and like you said jumps on anything to prove his “points”.

Isnt Regal for the trim? Aura on the walls man, trust me. Or Natura if you want it to match your organic olive oil and toast.

Nevermind looks like Regal is fine for walls. Smells alot more than Aura though.

That Meningitis shit is serious. My father just beat it after being thisclose to gone and we’re not sure how he contracted it. He was taking steroids orally so maybe this story doesn’t stop here.

Odd how metals and the EUR held up fairly well today given the equity markets. More downside coming.

I am amazed there has been no trade long/short off this meningitis catastrophe.

If there was, could someone point it out to me.

Other than DDD what other winners were you holding today? To be up is truly amazing!
On the other hand, I don’t know why I keep adding to positions, I am a glutton for punishment who seems to enjoy watching my portfolio slowly erode.

How about that new battery tech a couple of Koreans claim to have (supposed to allow a battery to recharge in an hour), something about a graphite web.
I’ll hold out for the liquid electrolite recharge, where the battery bank can simply be drained and re fueled similar to filling a gas tank.
who knows…just tired of seeing the same poop about gold@2k

I don’t know which stocks are shown in the PPT, but the treatment of choice for this type of meningitis is a brand name drug made by Pfizer.

The credit markets are rumbling. I hope you bulls are listening.

I am raising cash and getting out of the way in stocks and bonds. More scared of bonds than stocks.

Anything high yield is getting crushed. Bonds are a bigger bubble than tech stocks in 1999 or housing in 2006.

Once this blows stocks are going right down the tubes with them. Buyer beware.
