Nice deadlift! I like the reverse grip instead of using “straps”. It looks like you are holding your breath during the lift though…….Yeah, it makes you stronger, but not good for the BP……..Keep breathing…..better for the heart and brain (and eyes) in the long run…………. Stay strong,

I second this. I was a piker a couple months ago, and the detailed Sunday evening posts that Chess did really put the upcoming week in focus. Levels to watch for indices, potential buys in an up week, potential shorts on a down week, and general confidence in said buys/shorts. Chess drops great knowledge in these posts.
