The Devil Knew All Along

Major accolades go out to my friend “The Devil” and his managing partner “Chuck Bennett” for their meticulous call in VHC, long from $15. I pointed this story out to you about a month ago and it is now the most popular stock inside of The PPT. I am glad to see so many doing well and look forward to your thanks and praise in the not so distant future.

My silver stock, EXK, is down; but I own other things too. The problem with the vast majority of you is more about your brains, less about monetary standing. You can diversify into different industries; but you are financial abortionists, only interested in vagrancy and belligerent/obnoxious gambits. Take your dice elsewhere, Sir, for they are not welcomed in these quarters.

With the market shooting ahead, I am up a mere 0.5%, partly due to my 40% cash position. I am inclined to stay in a cash heavy position, not due to an aversion to risk, because I am moving my manour to the state of New Jersey. Once settled in, I will conduct operations on a magnanimous scale to outstrip my foes and skin their heads from their skulls. After that is officiated, I am going to crush their bones into dust and sprinkle it on my lawn to fertilize the earth.

In summary, today’s victory belongs to “The Devil” and the venerable “Chuck Bennett” for their mastery in positioning into VHC, through stock and calls. As a result of their persistence, a great many of you have attached to their backs, like small fish to sharks, receiving free chum along the way.

One thing I truly admire about the Fly, is his reading, and advice for us to read more.

I certainly have. It is easy to get out of that habit.

What is it with Americans (wasps) and no books in the house?

I grew up with a huge f’in library (thanks to my M.I.A. father)

Arabian Nights is next.

As far as stocks…this is either the biggest shaking of the tree we have seen in years, or it is a real long-term trend.

Someone needs to get on the horn to Bernanke and get this QE 3000 going soon.

Now that we all know this is a complete fantasy, let’s do the beta mo mo thing.

The examples by our “leaders” are deplorable.

The paradigm is shifting.

Reading………..Currently perusing “The Federalist Papers” Written by Madison, Hamilton et.al. in the kings own English. Gets me up to speed on the vocabulary of well educated 18th century persons of note. Also shines a very bright light on the source and cause of Europes current economc malaise. They not only have the socialism aspect to deal with but also the fiscal conundrum of the common currency with no other denominators to equalize things. Exactly what the writers of the “Papers” argued against.
Euroland will only get worse until they all reach the conclusion that Madison and Hamilton preached and create the US of Europe.

The federalist goal to unify is ultimately defeated by inherent differences. Different climates, different geographic locations (proximity to natural resources, mass markets etc etc) – never mind cultural differences and other accidents of history. Anyhow, a federal Europe is a fundamentally bad idea, but it just might be best idea anyone’s got. Of course, ever since the coal trade talks became the European Economic Union and this concept, “sneakily”, expanded to simply become the EU, federalism has been gaining momentum. The last few decades have seen the creation of the institutions of a federal Europe and recent actions have done nothing but speed up their empowerment and prove that federalism is unavoidable (maybe even desireable).

Is it possible for tvix to go negative and somebody comes to your house and takes your flat screen or kids toys to pay?

Yes, if you read the prospectus all of that is spelled out clearly. Additionally, they do have the right, but not the obligation, to garnish your future wages under certain circumstances.

Is a stock like VHC, with 13 employees and an ugly balance sheet worth ANYTHING? Or is this a penny stock “pump and dump”?

Employees and current balance sheet don’t matter if you believe the patents held by the company are billions now do they? It’s not like they actually create any wealth, just that they may own something worth a lot of $$.$$

You buy before the money is created, not after. MSFT paided 230 million, stock went from 8 to 41. That was small change and only an introduction. With the short squeeze, just starting and other settlements happening soon, this will be 50-60 before you can say, sh-t, I missed it.

Bottom line, just like at 30.00, at 40.00 its just getting started

regards

chuck
