Saw a television advertisement for DELL laptops.
They mentioned Gorilla Glass in the ad. Then there was tiny text at the bottom of the screen that said “Gorrilla Glass by Corning”
Good balance sheet. And for about a decade the company has been adamant about being cash flow free positive.
Their Clear Curve optical fiber rocks as well.
Should’ve listen to Fly and bought more YELP.
I’ve admired GLW’s fundamentals and market position for years, and I’ve bought into it repeatedly – always with bad timing unfortunately, catalyst lacking. This could be when it finally feels some love.
I bought FRC (Canadian) on Friday for $12.13 and sold it today for $12.92. A nice 6.5% gain in one day! Nice!
