“The market sold off overnight but recovered some heading into the close. Throughout the day the market traded between yesterday’s SPX 1204 high and the OEW 1187 pivot range. This pivot, btw, acted as resistance on thursday/friday, and has now acted as support on monday/tuesday. The short term OEW charts remain positive as long as this pivots +/- 7 point range holds. A break lower would suggest Intermediate wave v [down] is underway. A push through yesterday’s high [spx 1204] would suggest the OEW 1222 pivot is the next target.”
