I know it’s risky and if I was just trying to get by I’d avoid the market here and “not be a hero.” However, that’s the mindset of a fucking coward. I am here to bank coin and throw javelins through the faces of my enemies, while wearing horrifying AFRICAN MASKS. If I am wrong, it’s only money and I will rebuild. However, if I am right, this trade will make my year.
As for you: don’t follow me into Hades, unless you can handle it. This is a high risk venture that may lead to the immediate removal of my limbs, leaving “The Fly” stubbed on the curb with just a torso.

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) considers the Swiss franc to be massively overvalued at present. This current strength of the Swiss franc is threatening the development of the economy and increasing the downside risks to price stability in Switzerland. The SNB will not tolerate a continual tightening of monetary conditions and is therefore taking measures against the strong Swiss franc.
Effective immediately, the SNB is aiming for a three-month Libor as close to zero as possible, narrowing the target range for the three-month Libor from 0.00-0.75% to 0.00- 0.25%. At the same time, it will very significantly increase the supply of liquidity to the Swiss franc money market over the next few days. It intends to expand banks’ sight deposits at the SNB from currently around CHF 30 billion to CHF 80 billion. Consequently, with immediate effect, the SNB will no longer renew repos and SNB Bills that fall due and will repurchase outstanding SNB Bills, until the desired level of sight deposits has been reached.
Since the SNB’s last quarterly monetary policy assessment, the global economic outlook has worsened. At the same time the appreciation of the Swiss franc has accelerated sharply during the last few weeks. Consequently, the outlook for the Swiss economy has deteriorated substantially.
The SNB is keeping a close watch on developments on the foreign exchange market and will take further measures against the strength of the Swiss franc if necessary.

RSI and money flow are pretty low, looks like a candidate for oversold bounce over the next week maybe but I think it’s risky to go long against both the 50 day and 200 day moving average which is starting to head south. I just got 17.50 calls on BGG; a somewhat similar situation. God help us all.
The /ES is well below the lower bollinger band. That sort of condition never lasts long. We are due for a massive rally here, or at least some sideways action. This is not Sept 2008 yet.
I think $TEX is near a bottom after missing 2Q expectations. Also thinking that there will be significant US infrastructure investments in exchange for Bush tax cut extension, and Terex mother earth rapers will benefit.

1. We close 124.50 on the spy’s which would immediately put 75% of my working capital in and the rest tommorrow and monday.
2. We see the SPY close here around 125.50 and I start buying 75% tomorrow and 35% today.
3. We close higher and green today and tomorrow we get a monster rally in which i would buy toda 25% and 75% on a gap lower tomorrow morning, or no adding on if we just rip higher and don’t look back.
Watch for the Gobots to rally us into the close.

Monster rally….maybe just a positive double-digit hike that suddenly stalls out and limps along drawing in a few more?
Fly, I was with you on the long side…for the last 45 minutes or so. Got long some AAPL calls playing the turn. I actually think there’s a chance we rally nicely into the close, but I also can see it stalling out of thin air, making it a somewhat 50/50 bet (even though you could argue there is less resistance up right now).
To that end, I sold my calls, took the profit, and will just watch the last 40 minutes without having to worry that my heart might explode.
Nothing to spur the economy like cheaper gasoline.
I am picturing an ordinary housefly buzzing around with huge oversized goat balls hanging behind it. This is a ballsy call.
The Fly is certainly fun to watch. It’s like watching a retarded kid juggle flaming chainsaws on a tightrope above a pit of crocodiles.
