Can i just say that the PPT is not just a mathematically precise instrument. It’s also a time machine if you will. Every 45 mins when the market is open the PPT takes a look into the future and reports back.
Anyone without this gift from God, is simply not a stock trader.

No, the markets will do something today precisely because people are pussies. Fear is most powerful market mover. Nothing the clowns in DC did this weekend does anything to address the problem. In fact, one could argue that they just agreed to let the problem get bigger and let the next congress or one after that deal with it. After the initial stupid uptick, market is wisely continuing to sell off.
