Drastic Changes

This is breaking news of the obscene variety: for no reason at all, “The Fly” has given up drinking coffee, alcohol and high fat foods, in exchange for bitchass vitamins and water. I’ve been conducting this experiment over the past week and feel great. Furthermore, I’ve ramped up my exercise routine to 2 times per day and cut out the creatine.

Since I am a fanatic with just about anything that I do, there is no concern that I will fall off of this regiment. The wine will age and get better with time. And, frankly, coffee is overrated. Fuck you, I said it. The Keurig machine has been drained, cleaned and turned the fuck off.

I took creatine for a couple of years and found that it unnecessarily bloated me up with h20. Discontinued use, and a couple months later the ‘cutting’ effect was more than noticeable. Overrated IMO, unless you’re seriously pumping up and plan to stop using it when you reach your goals.

Beware of nighttime cramps when using creatine supplements…especially in your calves!! That was enough for me to quit the stuff…if you want creatine naturally, just eat a few steaks now and then ๐Ÿ™‚

I have done all the same expcept for the coffee. But I never did like the Keurig. I prefer my coffee freshly ground. Most of my wine will age just fine but I am a little concerned for the case of Provencal rose I bought for summer. I might have to invite over some French people to drink it one afternoon.

I bet none of you, except possible Go2, ever elevated the World Trade Center. I did. I keep a framed lithograph in my office to memorialize the towers. It ain’t funny making fun of people who jumped from those towers because they were suffocating and burning “alive-to-death.” Ain’t funny. Not for a nano-second. That’s pretty horrendous, offensive M. Moore Bu…-shit sons. That shit can come full circle. Be more circumspect, I know it’s easy to say things off the cuff, but “watch your-self.”

Never done p-90x, but from what I understand it is high impact circuit training similar to crossfit (which I generally subscribe to). No knocking here. Anaerobic exercise mixed with some olympic style lifting is the best general fitness training you can do.

toxins store in your fat cells. Alcohol is high in acidic toxins and coffee is high in carcinogens which cause cancer in some studies. By making this drastic change in your diet and excersizing you should know that the toxins will release into your blood stream and cause headaches just as one side effect, but also you will most likely be more aggravated and hostile than usual… possibly you may even feel some minor effects of caffeine and alcohol as they release.eventually you will flush most of the toxins out and you will not only be more calm, but you will have more energy and stuff….
These toxins are why drug addicts can have the drug physically out of their system, but still go through cravings, withdrawals, etc months and even years later still feel cravings.

After you get rid of these toxins you will enjoy things more, you will feel less anger and hostility and more peace… your intelligence will literally go up with less toxins and down with more toxins, but then again you already have a calculator brain.

The form of excersize that eliminates the toxins the fastest is swimming. Lifting doesn’t make you sweat as much, cardio does but the toxins are reabsorbed into your blood stream, where as you rinse off the sweat and toxins immediately through swimming.

    * * In the last 2 years the AMA or FDA has changed their stance on Vitamin D drastically.
My blood test came back severely deficient at 11.
My health problems are disappearing after a prescription of 50k units once a week for 8 weeks, then 1k a day forever. Saw big results in 2 weeks.

If you check into it, be sure the info you are reading is 2010 or later, the old info was to limit D3, and no one had been testing. My multi vitamin had no D at all.
Has to do with a wide range of health problems and immune system, you need a blood test for vitamin D. Know your specific level, it’s a big deal lately.
