One Last Chance

Okay, I’ve decided to give this market one last chance to crush your bearshitting skulls all over the Wall Street bull. The Greek parliament is getting together tomorrow to form a newly minted/retarded government. Perhaps we might get some clarity on when they will accept handouts.

Remember, the market isn’t trading lower on fundies. The market is trading lower because the bailouts are taking too fucking long to materialize. We know they are coming, but when? In the interim, people are selling, eating clams, having the time of their lives. Look at Alphadawg, he is 100% cash on a beach somewhere, up 20% for the year. On the other hand, I am here, down 7%, waiting to exact revenge on the bastards who stole my money.

All of the things I planned for are nil and void, unless we get our swagger back. Sure, the refiners should kick severe ass this earning season, but off of what price points? I’ve been extremely patient with this tape because I am conditioned to be rewarded for my patience. In the big scheme of things, the market is flat for the year. We can either sink lower for the rest of the summer, then dump out in September. Or, we can surge from here.

Waiting 1-2 more days isn’t going to break my year. But it might make it.

Can’t wait to short the bailout pop.

Watch my political market call come to fruition, a reminder:

When the debt limit is increased, we will launch.

Fourth of July market fireworks with the only caveat that war event risk could derail that plan.

Boehner stated they would have an agreement before the end of June to provide confidence to the “markets”.

Oatmeal + Protein Powder + Udo’s Oil = Winning! (in several ways). Add in skim milk or a banana or other fruit if necessary. Or not and keep it a lean meal.

Skim Milk and Bananas are low fat bro. The meal would still be lean with them included. Surprised a jacked bro like yourself doesn’t know that.

Lean = total calories; did not mean to infer fat content.

If your goal is say.. 2100 a day.. that meal alone can go upwards of 740. Not cool for cutting. But with just a 3/4 cup of oats, 2 scoops of Whey protein, Udo’s Oil and using water.. it fits the bill.

Does the protein powder lose it’s effectiveness if it is heated to such a high temp?

No. In fact, some proteins have better assimilation after they are heated (egg whites).

Does protein breakdown in heat? In short the answer is yes. Protein will breakdown when exposed to extreme heat for extended periods of time. The Flash point of Whey is about 400 deg F, while the Flash point of Casein is about 500 deg F. Some proteins would stand up to heat better than Whey protein due to the higher flashpoint of the type like casein. However in baking (cookies, pancakes, and muffins) it is unlikely that the protein would be exposed to such heat for a long enough period of time to denature the protein. If the protein is denatured, it will taste horrible (like it would taste after being in your stomach for 20 mins, ie: throw up). It is however important to realize what the protein is breaking down into, and that is Amino Acids and Amino peptides. Even if the protein is denatured it would still contain Nitrogen content and therefore would still test positive for protein.

Breakfast: Oatmeal + Protein Powder + Banana + Wild Blueberries + Wheat Germ +Tray of Ice Cubes. Blend for 5 minutes.

Oatmeal does not have to be cooked. Lost 15 lbs in 3 months on this breakfast every day. Also P90X regimen.

I do not cook my oatmeal either in the above example. Use regular oats as well, not quick as they are pre-digested (broken down).

2 lines of reasoning to take towards the market here:

About 52% of the population works for a living (the rest vote democrat or join a minority). 52% of 309,000,000 is 160,680,000 people. Comes out to $87129.698780184217077420960916107 per person. If Obama and the IRS can collect $88,000 in taxes from each worker in the US then we’re in good shape. Can’t we just find an export market for all these fat chicks driving like assholes in the SUV that their 1st husband had to buy to break the deal? We’d be fucking rich.

One thing to do in market situations like this, is to ask yourself :
If I just woke out of a coma, and today was my first trade day in 4 years, would I be looking for longs or shorts here?

If ego and confirmation bias were the way to riches, dozens of celebrity permabears would not be underwater for almost 2 years.

PBR ADM TAN IR all look good here

    (good charts+good fundamentals)

But, id STILL be bearish on RRGB . Organic beef will be more expensive than crack in a few years. That thing is going to a penny stock

    1250 will be heavily defended.

Greece is toast no matter what idiotic bailout they come up with. The bond market has already priced in a default. Their bonds are trading at a 50% discount. There is no bailout that will hide this.

If they were smart they would take the losses and move on instead of wasting more money trying to hid this monstosity.

The markets have already spoken. Greece is dead and any bailout will be ignored until there are massive haircuts.

Can kicking time is over on these motherfuckers.

Barbour’s Adagio’s been my favorite 21st century piece. Fly offers divine respect.

    Quite fitting and proper.

In defense of the Greeks, who I have no little to no “ties,” they are bad asses for telling the rest of Europe to shove their bully-tactics where it belongs.

I’d suggest an Ireland, Iceland Greece Union, but I’m not sure how well that would work out. Greece, even if the world hates you, RESPECT from Cali.
