I am sitting this market out for the time being. I have flushed a couple of probed longs that I had on a week ago. This chop of a market is aggravating and I’m packing it all in until either the markets starts discounting equities heavily or there is some life put back into my sails.
I’m contemplating picking up some WNR, but I suspect I’d be a sucker buying now since the market has faked me out for my last 5 trades.
I’m in the same boat. Won a little on my WNR trades, lost on my core WNR position. Getting knifed in other positions too. It feels like the summer shitbox market is here early. Time to take a break.
There’s a dearth of long plays out there right now which makes me suspect there isn’t any budging up for the markets in the near term. Seems nobody is buying for any intermediate move and whats left over is a bunch of churn from the daytraders. Sentiment sucks, the tape sucks, just wish I saw this early before needlessly flushing down cash down the drain.
Oh well, the time will be well spent on cleaning out the cobwebs and taking a break. There ain’t no use in trying to squeeze juice from a turnip.
