Take 28 times the price of RBOB gas futures add 14 times the price of heating oil futures and subtract oil futures.

So far today the price of oil (input) is down and the price of gas and heating oil is up.
FYI most airlines use heating oil to hedge their fuel costs, some have stopped all together as they got spanked in 2008 when oil crumbled. I believe LCC does not hedge much at all (their retarded desk got drilled in 08) so they will probably be the best beneficiary of falling heating oil prices.
