Did you read Hugh Hendry’s letter on deflation a couple of months back? I just saw it. From the looks of it, his bet is that reflation fails and we continue going down the deflation sinkhole, and long-term treasury yields, with a boost from US savers, head down again. Long USD and short risk in general. I found his read on China fascinating, and I really like the way this guy thinks. I couldn’t download it, but it’s been floating around the blogs.
