Have a Clean Thanksgiving

It simply was not meant to be. I am sure the Turkey Gods, as they depart tomorrow, will sprinkle a little magic dust on the s&p futures, effectively freeing me from this tortuous house of virgins that I find myself in, where cursing is punishable by vast amounts of Flotek Industries, Inc. (FTK: 1.43 +4.38%) in my retirement accounts. I must escape.
At any rate, be thankful for what you have and forgot what you covet, at least for one damn day.

Over my Turkey Spam dinner (I am buying Hormel shares on Friday this stuff is great!!!) I will be thinkin of all the wonderful things that have happen this year and in the the years to come.

Looks like Dubai is going broke which is dragging everything down. European markets shitting the bed after a couple of Dubai’s biggest developers said they are going to delay repaying debt. That’s probably not a good sign.
Still, I am amazed that Dubai is still standing. Talk about a place that was leveraged to the hilt and completely based on fake money.
Its only Dubai’s sovereign wealth fund, not the country but it will still freak people out anyways.
A Solemn Thanksgiving Day Observation:
At the end of every Macy’s parade the final float is always Santa Claus. He is there as a reminder to every good girl and boy that the economy of this great country is 70% consumer-driven. So after you have stuffed your belly’s with enough food to feed a family of 4 in Africa for 6 months, go out at midnight and buy crap you don’t really need with money you don’t really have. Amen.
I am especially thankful this year for the last 10 months of the PPT and the curse-free Fly zone. True gentlemen need not resort to gutter language to transmit meaningful discourse.
